Our house keeper Rachna was truly amazing. She met us every day with her bright smile and pleasant personality. She did a wonderful job cleaning our room and to our pleasant surprise she decorated our room each day which made our stay here truly amazing. I travel to different countries every 6 weeks and this has been the best trip I have had so far. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Dubai. Thank you for everything

There is good and attentive service at the hotel. The restaurant serves tasty food with a good variety. I would like to address two points: 1) Nabeel during breakfast was extremely hospitable and friendly. 2) The reasons why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5-star rating: - I didn’t understand why we had to pay for still water during dinner when it is typically complimentary in French restaurants. - I booked a sea view room but initially received a room where trees obstructed the view of the sea. After raising this concern, I was relocated to a better room with a clear view of the sea.
