地理位置优越,离杜拜地铁Deira City Centre站EXIT1 or EXIT1仅百米距离,服务人员都很热情。家乐福超市就在酒店对面,购物十分方便。

3月2日晚上到达迪拜,直接叫当地出租车到酒店,35迪拉姆。到前台出示护照就立刻入住。不知道其他驴友如何预订,反正我们通过携程预订的不含早餐。前台很热情,主动将早餐打折。酒店同国内IBIS差不多,房间和配备类似。 但是他们的早餐很好,品种和品质均不错。餐厅外面还有一个院子,可以在那里早餐或抽烟,很不错。有一些鸟就在你旁边找东西吃,一派祥和。  要特别推荐的是,这个酒店位置不错,出门大概200米就是地铁红线的DEIRA CITY CENTRE 站,出行很方便。正对面就是DEIRA CITY CENTRY,商铺很多,品种很全。家乐福也在其中。另外一个好处就是这里有一个美食中心,环境不错,吃饭很方便。

房间基本干净整齐。 但有件事比较奇怪, 问前台拿个浴帽 一开头是给的 隔三天后再回来住 前台异口同声说没有。 还有叫拿匙羹 催了2次都没有拿来。

房间整洁,干净,总体感觉还不错! 但是, 应该是电梯磁卡的问题,站电梯里大概3分钟左右, 不上也不下, 一个人在里面感觉电梯坏, 吓死我,然后问了保安,他不知道,然后去前台,前台服务员说忘记跟我说那台电梯有问题,可是到了另一台电梯, 同乘有3个客人,电梯还是对没反应,总算那个人高马大的黑人保安过来帮我们刷卡电梯就上去了。 因为是商务,所以没带洗漱用品,也忘记买了,我建议酒店可以准备些洗漱用品,以备客人急需,还有我在迪拜住你们酒店无论是龙城还是中央一号还是这个酒店,为什么你们酒店没有拖鞋?怎么地毯还是地板,赤脚上床总管不是很干净,建议放上一次性地毯以备急需! 还有就是在春节前半个月,朋友过来迪拜,然后还是住你们的酒店,中央一号店,我们出去玩,离奇的是一整天等我们晚上回酒店,房间没人打扫?就换了几条浴巾,而且也没换全,虽然我们打电话叫人过来送浴巾了,他们也有抱歉,可是这样的事还真少见,希望不会有下次! 还有也是那次在中央一号店,前台的时候已经仔细的询问了,大床的尺寸,告诉我们是2米,到房间才1.5米?什么前台?如果不知道就不要回答,害得我们又浪费时间换房间! 总体还是满意的,如果在小的细节上改正就会更好!

We have address your concern to our Maintenance Manager for the elevator to have it check and update on daily basis so that our valued guest wont face any issue. As for the bathroom amenities the hotel provided the basic toiletries as per the Ibis brand standard worldwide hence providing sleeper in the room is not part of the service though guest can purchase in a nearby store in a low cost price. Your feedback is highly appreciated and has been passed to our Executive Housekeeper and Front Office Manager and assures you that they have been taken on board as constructive suggestions to improve our services and overall offerings. 硬件设施非常好,就是第一天入住的时候前台的小哥不知道怎么回事,我们三个人跟他说要两个房间,他偏说房间收费是按人头算的,不是按房间算的,导致我们从划算的角度,开了3个房间,后来才知道房费是按房间算的,我们浪费了一些钱。而且他刷信用卡没有刷预授权,直接刷掉了,可能是觉得你们是外国人反正也不懂。而且后来跟前台的女服务员说能不能给我们换成两个标间,她还说你们变更计划要交违约金的,态度也一般。后来还好经理来了,终于把这些问题解决了。不然我们真是在异国他乡有种被欺负的感觉。

感觉酒店服务一般。淋浴间防水门密封不好,水流淌在卫生间地板上。值得一提的是前台服务较差,我记得当地朋友介绍这个酒店,说比较实惠,含早餐,促销价269元。 我在前台问能否有便宜的单人间,结果这位服务员给了我365/358两天价格,我接受了。第二天早上,我去餐厅过早,结果招待员告诉我,我的房间价不含早餐。我很生气,我要优惠的房价,但绝不是意味着可以降低服务标准,如果要减少服务标准,也应该事前入住时明确告知,可是这位服务员根本就没有说这些内容。另外,退房时,我问服务员,有没有出租车送我到国际机场,她说有,就把酒店大门的商务车司机叫来帮我把行李箱帮上车上,带我去机场,下车时,司机找我要50元,我很吃惊,一般出租车只收10元,这个司机却要50元。我认为服务员应该告知我收费情况。记得我到前台告诉服务员,想告诉她晚上2:30叫我起床赶飞机,结果她让我等着,一直等到后面几位外国客户办完入住手续后,才让我说话。我觉得这个服务员真的太差劲了。是不是对我有意见,我了解到这些前台女服务员很多是菲律宾人,我在想,就算是菲律宾政府和中国政府关系紧张,也不至于对中国客户就这样礼遇,毕竟我是客人,请不要把个人情绪带到工作上。我就说这些,希望能提高服务水平!下次再来入住。

非常舒服,酒店感觉很棒。地理位置也很好,交通方便。唯一就是窗户不能开,室内空气较差。 建议至少要装一个通风装置。 房卡总是失效,每天都得去前台加磁。
