Our stay at Sofitel Hotel during our school’s event was truly unforgettable. The ambiance of the place is astounding. Our stay became fantastic because of Mr. Chambers who has assisted us with certain degree of excellence. He is excellent with everything. It is evident how passinate he is with his job. Sir Mario was so great for being hospitable and caring. Kudos to these two.

We had an event at Sofitel Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The service they delivered was unmatched and truly memorable. Sir Chambers was exceptionally accommodating throughout the planning process and on the day of the event, making it enjoyable and stress-free. I'd also like to commend Sir Mario for his excellent and friendly service.

We checked in last April 15 and Sheng was so nice and efficient. However, when we were dining at Spiral for dinner, we felt discriminated against and not being attended to. It was a Monday night and nothing crazy, that’s why I felt that the service staff could have given a good service. For a five-star rating, this is not what I expected especially from a bespoke restaurant like Spiral. I hope to rewind and go back in time to better enjoy the birthday celebration of my father. I believe that Sofitel can do more and better. I haven’t tried their other restaurants and I hope it’s not the same bad experience with Spiral.

The hotel is wonderful. Front desk is very helpful getting taxis. The view from my room was awesome. The Restaurant service is excellent. If something I can highlight it is the kindness and how helpful is Mss.Mai,she help me with the setting of the thermostat and did a great job cleaning the room.
