不過有部份餐廳員工欠缺寧活變通:當我要求坐入大堂,這時只有還有很多室枱,我只是一個人,應該容易安排,她仍然安排我坐在另一個較黑暗的位置,引至我被蚊子叮了不少,這是無謂的,最後要我投訢才能安排入店大堂近水池位置,今天還留下蚊子叮過的疤痕,

环境还不错但房间里的设施略显陈旧,但是服务员大部分都很热情,只是有时候house keeping清洁完以后没有及时的把水给我换上

房間比較舊、電話有異味、雅高白金卡感覺住房沒升等、沒歡迎禮、沒迎賓飲料券。提醒後送了歡迎禮但還是沒送迎賓飲料券。9/26發mail說房帳有問題但到10/1都沒人回信。我記得白金會員有送早餐,但前台說沒有。

我们去spiral用餐,我妈妈生日,我们预定10个人的,最后去了12个人,另外两个人要去另外一边用餐,我们站着讨论谁过去,接着一个服务员走过来,大声喊了,不要站在这里,好有五星级的服务态度。

整体环境不错。安检严格令人有安全感 接待人员的水平有待提高。最为雅高的会员,我们享有下午3点退房的待遇,而且订房也列明清楚,但结账的时候她一定要多收我们半天的房费,虽然最后得到了解决但为这次旅行增加了不愉快。 另外浴缸离地面太高,于亚洲人的身高不符,特别是小孩和老人容易出事。
