我覺得房間插卡稍的部分可以離浴室的門遠一點 因為如果門關大力一點的話 卡就會離開插卡稍 而整間房間就會因為卡離開卡稍而沒有電. 希望可以改善

我是從Accor網站直接訂了Heathrow Sofitel 5晚連早餐的加大房。第一天去餐廳吃早餐,接待小姐說我要為早餐付費,因記綠沒有顯示房費已包早餐,但說會為我跟進。進餐途中我還是自己往前台詢問,果然那位女待應沒有跟進,也沒有給我回覆!前台小姐查了一下記綠,又說沒包早餐,我只好從手機顯示給她看Accor發來的確認郵件,清楚寫明連早餐,她看了一看,就說要我現場把郵件轉發來Heathrow Sofitel,才能更改訂房記綠!我追問你們酒店不是Accor旗下嗎?要顧客轉發確認郵件給你們才知房費已包早餐?太荒謬了!我請她的上司來再問,那上司小姐重覆了要求,我表示不能接受,但她的表情已表達不耐煩,再重覆了一遍就走開了!最後?唯有轉寄郵件給酒店,前台小姐說記綠已更改了,我就回去餐廳繼續我的「早已說明已包在房費中的早餐」,還給我踫到了那待應小姐,我主動上前說「我已親自解決了問題」,她嗯了一聲,沒有半聲道歉! 前後我花了約二十分鐘去跟前台「溝通」,浪費時間是其次,影響心情和對Sofitel的印象才是重要!(後來我多住了一晚,不是因為這個難忘的經歷多美好,而是因行程有變臨時加住,而我也不是第一次住在Heathrow Sofitel)
