第一天入住淋浴水温时而冷时而热,第二天开始没有这个情况了,其它都还好。

总体感受非常满意,服务员的服务非常规范,比国内的服务还是好多了,床也非常舒服,早餐也非常不错,只是卫生间的水盆下水有点问题,以及有时候冷热水不均匀,另外,还有就是收取押金有点多,占用了我的现金,我住5天,收取5000泰铢的押金。

离BTS NANA站很近,交通较为方便。因为带着小孩还提前入住了,这点也算不错。但整体入住的人员素质有点低,在餐厅吃早餐有人直接用手直接尝一下又丢回盘中,这个很恶心,早餐也不够丰盛 。特别是在早餐厅的经历可能不会再次入住了。

关于抽烟罚款一项我觉得第一次应该警告,而不应该直接罚款,我向贵酒店陈述了当时情况,不是我在房间里吸烟,而且同事在门口等待时有吸烟现象,可是贵酒店还是给了我相应的罚款,并且金额高达1500THB,我太能接受这个情况,希望你们在这方面有更进一步的改善

房間很大,有獨立廚房,客廳。早餐款式也不差,但另外付費早餐會覺得很貴。酒店接待很多操普通話人士,大堂經常會見到大批團客。 床褥有點舊,但整體乾淨。冷氣充足。

作为一个高档酒店,酒店前台服务员的素质太差,可能是因为中国客人太多所以对中国客人极度不耐烦,而且非常歧视中国人!在办理入住时,本已经说明情况,还强迫客人付并不存在的费用,当客人要求与高一级管理人员沟通时,被前厅值班经理Duty mananger 告知他就是最大的领导!你把中国客人都当成傻子吗?以为中国客人很好欺负,是吗?请给我们一个明确的答复!

設施陳舊,大堂昏暗,房間裝修較舊,沒有牙刷牙膏,每日要order後才提供,浴巾、毛巾顏色污糟、有異味,浴具也很簡陋,不像五星甚至四星級酒店應有的規格。唯一離bts較近。
