Hotel facilities are good and it is close to the beach. Most of all, Muniyandi has the best room service. Not only cleaning but also making excellent artworks with towels, so you can look forward to it. The hotel staff is friendly and actively solves any problems. Above all, the bedding is comfortable, so you can sleep well. You can smoke on the veranda. Thanks to you, I have a relaxing vacation.

Good quality cleaning, Narayana was amazing he did excellent cleaning my room every day and I will recommend to friends and family and my room view is amazing and near to beach and they provide for beach towels and water and mat and all staff very friendly thank you I will be back soon.

This is my first time at sofitel dubai Jumeirah beach and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming and especially my housekeeper muniyandi he did amazing cleaning my room daily clean and tidy I will recommend to friends and colleagues see you soon

We enjoyed a lot. Everythingg was nice especillay the staff. I am thankfull to one of the staffs whiose name was Narayan and cleaned our room very well. Nice people and good view to sea. The bedroom was so nice and we will choose this hotel again 🌷

AVOID HOTEL , SCAMMED ME £435!!

Well we had a good holiday for our first trip Dubai, the hotel and staff were good, and then we hired an Audi R8 from a guy who operates from the hotel, the hotel recommended him and keeps his 3 cars at the hotel. I paid a 2000 AED deposit ( £435.00) !!! Which was supposed to be refunded 21-30days. It has now been 7 months and I still haven’t received my money back and no response from the guy. The hotel is as much responsible for this. They both have scammed me out of £435. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
