整體滿意度高,由check in 至check out都有一貫Accor group 標準,Novotel nha Trang 絕對是十分高評價的。唯一可以改善地方有賴你們大集團向芽荘入境海関 施壓要求改善貪腐問題,一個代表國家大門竟然可以明目張膽向入境人仕收取額外不合理收費換取fast lane service, 這點絕對影響前往芽荘意慾。

« 位置便利,海景房,看日出 »

总体感觉挺好的,客房很舒服,每天可以看日出,不过不是正面对大海,所以唯一遗憾不能完整看日出。位置很便利,在滨海大道,环境很舒服,过马路就是海滩,强烈推荐。 唯一不足就是客房电话信号不好,晚上酒店WiFi信号不好,晚上在酒店很无聊,希望改进。

高级海景房view很好!正面望海,欣赏芽庄沙滩一线海景,我和老公都很满意!房间也很大~希望早餐款式能多变,因为4天吃同样的早餐,确实有点腻了!

« 一般,没有想象中的好 »

优点是酒店位置很好,正对大海,视野很好!而且吃饭、买东西很方便!缺点是整个酒店的服务人员不热情,基本上只有早上能看见大堂有服务人员,很多时候只有前台的1-2个人,房间很小,隔音效果不是很好,厕所的水有点小,洗澡不是很舒服!

« 房间舒适,顶层家庭套房景观非常棒,早餐可以再丰富些! »

四年前曾入住诺富特芽庄,这次又来到这里,入住了顶层的家庭套房,里外两间套房,浴室在里面的卧室里,两间房的阳台是打通的,所以阳台面积等于两间房间之和,而且是在酒店顶层,面朝大海,体验非常棒!外间的两个单人床可以请饭店帮助合并在一起。 早餐稍微有点单调,想每天都吃到越南牛肉河粉,但有时候是鸡肉的。 还有就是房间里胶囊咖啡机的水槽不干净,剩余的水里漂浮着污物。

« 性价比非常高的住宿 »

房间干净,小楼梯很有设计感,住起来非常舒服,每天都有收拾屋子。浴室的水温非常好,一点都不冷,甚至会烫,跟其他评价说的水温不够完全相反。早餐品种很多,也很好吃,服务员非常勤奋的收拾空盘。 前台瘦瘦的长头发的姑娘说话很温柔。另外一个男性服务水准非常的高,英语特别好,即使我们英语不好,也能和我们沟通的非常清楚,很快的理解我们的意思,我们特别感谢他!

带着两娃入住诺富特是特别贴心的选择。去普吉的时候选择的诺富特留下了美好的印象,此次芽庄继续相信诺富特。首先酒店给免费升级了全海景房,真的是超惊喜。早餐也很丰富,带着两个孩子没有额外消费很省心。总之以后还会继续选择诺富特。

在刚刚入住的时候,接待我们的两位年轻服务生的态度比较一般,并且帮我们check in的男生英语口音我们是完全听不懂的,他表现出不耐烦以及跟伙伴之间的无奈,这时候我们的体验相当不好。我预定的是普通标准间,他告知我们楼层比较低,可以升级到高层房间,但是需要付费,费用核算之后我们觉得不合适,说不用更换了,但是他并没有办理入住,还在纠结让我们更换房间。最后我们商讨说想先看房间再决定是否更换,然后出现了一位衣着不同的貌似是大堂经理?他很热情的查看了房间后,问我们是否第一次来芽庄,我们说是的,随后他说你们第一次来,又非常的美丽,我决定为你免费升级高层的海景房,让你们有一次愉快的体验。然后用标准的英语介绍了酒店服务,私人沙滩等等,并且免除了我们的押金。也是这位服务生,后来我们需要的所有帮助,他都完美又称职的帮我们解决了,每次对话都十分有趣。我们退房之前送给他从超市买的饮料,这件很小的事情他表示对他来说很重要很开心。 来说一下房间,我们住在17层侧面的房间,view超级好,可以看到大海,海岸线和街景,房间很大,嵌入式像泳池一样的浴缸,坐在阳台看海喝咖啡简直是不能再好的体验。唯一有点不舒服的是枕头太高。酒店体验好以至于让我们延后了后面的行程,午餐和晚餐都很不错,价格太便宜了… 酒店的位置完美,旁边是夜市,后面一条街有两家巴士售票处,总体来说,真的很完美。

1.非吸烟房建议把#禁止吸烟#的提示放在显眼的位置而不是随便平放在桌子一角。 2.非吸烟房的地毯脏的不行,我都不想不穿鞋子去踩。 3.连续住几天,期间收拾房间的服务不是很好,只收拾卫生间的毛巾,房间里的卫生也没有搞好 4.海景还不错,房间也挺漂亮 5.我弟弟把几十块钱人民币放在桌子上居然不见了 6.服务算是挺不错了的 7.早餐好吃,我想那个米粉的份量可以加大 8.在酒店签过马路的时候,酒店的人员会主动过来带领,不错。

价格略贵,但相比位置和体验还不错,能看见海,吹着海风睡,很舒服,但为了不吵,还是关了窗户,可以非节假日选取这个酒店,干净、整洁。
