价格略贵,但相比位置和体验还不错,能看见海,吹着海风睡,很舒服,但为了不吵,还是关了窗户,可以非节假日选取这个酒店,干净、整洁。

酒店位置非常不错,所有房间均可以看见大海。服务人员态度好,酒店设施总体令人满意,酒店提供的早餐很丰富,自费的自助晚餐也很好吃,酒店的美元越南盾汇率比其他酒店好很多。

位于芽庄核心区域,周边吃饭的选择很多。离芽庄中心超市步行十分钟路程,离su spa,lantrens五分钟路程。服务人员亲切有礼。我们订的豪华海景房正对大海,可以清楚看到对面的珍珠岛,风景优美,比较推荐的一家酒店。

1.酒店的礼宾服务很到位,门童很有礼貌和服务意识,show room也做的非常好!赞 2.前台接待效率很高,服务很贴心,因为我到的比较早,还提前一个小时让我办理入住。 3.早餐很丰盛,种类很多!服务员很辛苦,谢谢! 4.酒店的地理位置非常好,算是市中心,吃饭、游泳都很方便! 5.预定了蜜月旅行房间,布置的很浪漫,还送了点心,真好! 6.唯一缺憾就是酒店不提供租摩托车的服务,希望以后能加上!

服务很贴心且热情,使我感到在酒店里非常舒适。尤其是房间里浴池的设计,给人以一种耳目一新的感觉,非常好!只是冲澡时水很快就会变凉,不知道什么原因。

卫生很棒,跟朋友一起订了两间海影房,给了两间打通的相连房,真贴心!房间还有蓝牙音箱,让我们听着音乐,看着海浪,十分写意!早餐有当地特色的超浓咖啡,也有适合我们的滴漏咖啡机,不像珍珠岛上的煮好的一锅。如果能提供打火机就更方便游客了,哪个坐飞机来的游客,身上都没有火机,很可怜。哈哈哈哈

入住了四天,整体感觉很好。唯一有个缺点就是,卫生间热水不足够蓄一池水,只够几分钟热的,本来想泡一下热水。

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Regarding the hot water incident experience during your stay, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced as well for the behavior of my team regarding their response after your inquiries. We failed to explain to you that each room has its own personal water tank of 50 liters of hot water. When it runs out, it is necessary to wait 15 minutes until the water heats up. Nonetheless, we will be undergoing some renovations soon thoughtful of the environment to improve our water heating system and provide a better service to all our guests. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. 所有的服务人员(大堂、礼宾、客房服务....)态度和蔼可亲,礼貌到位!早餐还不错,有越南风情,我们连住5晚,感觉都还好,基本推荐!
