该酒店位于银座 吃饭 逛街都是很便利 可能位于银座 房间很小 迎宾水果换成了一袋日式的豆子 迎宾饮料 要了果汁 给的是软饮料 拿回房间发现 饮料已经过期 心情都不好了 这家酒店只有早餐 不提供自助的午餐和晚餐

在這次的住宿體驗內我感受到的是辛苦,在第一天的晚上就沒有空調,整整一個晚上,完全睡不了,而且還不是我一個人,太太和女兒都一樣,房間內好像有暖氣一樣,熱得太辛苦了 好好得休旅心情完全沒有了,太失望了

我这次入住定了2个订单,合并订单的过程比较久,27日早晨我收到了一张提示我退房的纸条,也是有点儿以外的,至少说明合并过程是“有缝”的。

Dear Mr. K., Thank you for sharing your experience at Mercure Tokyo Ginza. Looks like you weren't really lucky on several fronts during your stay with us. It was mainly due to the separate multiple reservations you had but it's our fault not checking all your reservations until the end when we made our key. I will share your message with our front office team so we can be more careful in the future. I also apologize for the bad wifi connection.
