不相信自己在泰國旅遊! 1)入住時才知道泳池進行維修,須然有安排可往同集團另一洒店泳池,但空間小很多。 2)洒店部分房間亦進行維修,油漆味道濃烈。 3)員工缺乏笑容,是我經驗中最嚴肅的一間洒店! 維修應該早有程序,為什麼不在預訂時作出提示!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the closure of the swimming pool. Allow us to inform you that due to unexpected damage to the swimming pool at the hotel, the pool had to be shut down immediately until further notice. The management has taken this step to enhance the wellbeing and provide better quality of facilities for our guests. Aside from that, there will be some heavy chemicals used during this repair and its dust is hazardous for your health. However, we welcomed all our guests to use the pool facilities over at our sister property just across the road: Hotel Baraquda Pattaya MGallery by Sofitel. This is mentioned to all our guests upon check in, there is a letter placed in your room and also a big signage at the lobby which says this. Next time please feel free to ask a member of our staff at the front desk for further assistance regarding the directions, who will be more than happy to help you. Book家庭房,小孩一見上下床和滑梯已經急不及待去玩!床鋪不知為何睡到半夜發覺有沙子,及早上浴室有一大灘水,可能是晚上下了場大雨,見議酒店注意一下!還有職員都很樂意幫助,這是我們最滿意的,有機會還會再來。

整体还可以,但是早餐里发现了头发,大厅蚊子有些多。

在芭提雅待的时间并不长,选择了芭提雅美居酒店,到达酒店还没有到入住的时间,刚好有空的房间,前台很热情的帮我们办理了入住,到房间后出现了一些问题也很快解决了,离海边也很近,走路大概五分钟路程,周围配套也很方便,临走礼宾员还非常热情的帮我们叫了双条车来等,总之是一次非常愉快的入住体验。

我已經入住您們酒店超過十年。以前入住時覺得很有度假感覺,四周環境開揚,酒店内設施雖然簡單,但尚算簇新。 可是現在酒店設施大多已十分陳舊,雖然數年前進行了少量裝修,改放了掛牆電視,令房間寬敞了少許,但整體室内外傢俬、浴室潔俱原完沒有更換過。 近年安裝了分體式冷氣機算是最大的改善。但房間内浴室潔俱陳舊藏汚及破損漏水、床和枕頭陳舊令人不能安睡,都是客人不能接受的。 酒店内近年增加了按摩、代客安排的士的櫃檯。我個人認為商業味太重,倒不如化多點心思在房間舒適度上,令客人住得舒服一點! 另外,以前游泳池是吸引我和太太入住的主要原因。但今次入住時發覺泳池水底及水質極不清潔,池底更有破損未修理。 相反,在泳池旁增設了滑水梯、噴水大象和拱門及數個亭之後,我覺得此舉大大破壞了泳池原有的舒服感覺,更有畫蛇添足之嫌。

室内基本上如家水平。洗澡水不够大,房间里很多蟑螂,幼虫成虫都有。 有个阳台,阳台门锁不上,隔壁能轻松爬过来,好在隔壁没住人。 好处:价格便宜,距离步行街近。

前台服务良好,识别了会员身份并主动升级,但打电话要求送额外的备品时递送的小哥态度一般。退房查房时前台超市我们消费了一罐可乐但是实际并没有。

所有的服务人员都很热情,房间以及环境都很好,只是早餐的品种比较少,并且相对于亚洲人的尤其是中国人的口味不是很好,在入住酒店期间,明显看到较多的就是印度团和中国团,但是早餐有专为印度人提供特色早餐,但是对于中国人却并没有。另外不知道是不是酒店本来就不提供免费的牙刷和牙膏?首日入住没有看到,在牙膏使用完后也没有换新的,都是在我提出要求后送到房间的,虽然态度是很好的,但总是令人有不愉快的体验。

一般酒店的服務, 位置有點偏, 有一點不快,離開時管房檢查時在冰箱內找到半份已吃酒店提供巧克力/我入住時沒檢查清楚. 但都在CHECK OUT時忙一輪最終前檯不收費但也煩了15分鐘.
