The staff was the best, very professional and polite. We had a group of 20 people which is not easy to deal with. They handled it perfectly, service was great. We are staying there on a regular basis with big groups. Location is good and central.

Outdated room, a weird bed sheet (with a sensation of cold and wetness), but ... accommodating staff, a convenient carpark (extra charge, though) and a decent breakfast. Good choice for a night in the heart of the city.

One IBIS is like the other with its prefabricated rooms and the excellent mattresses. Only differences in IBIS hotels is the noise level (apart from construction work outside in the morning the IBIS Heilbronn was very quiet) and the quality of staff. Everybody was very friendly. Will stay there again.

I spent two nights there. Everything was good, from garage to reception, room, and breakfast. But I don’t think understand why you want me to write at least 200 characters in my review. Next times, I will not give any review.

Nice and comfortable. Great atmosphere and enjoy location too. Expecting more options for food. Value for money. Cleanliness good. Rooms are comfortable. Service was nice and on time. Great keep it up.
