房间干净,服务不错。都是房间设计不合理,插座很少,床的两边都没有,非常不方便。桌子上摆放东西过多,有点杂乱。另外,入住当天花瓶里的玫瑰有些都烂了。

酒店地理位置十分优越,距离主要景点和商业街基本可以步行前往。酒店服务周到,前台会主动带客人进入房间并介绍主要设施和使用方法。门童非常热情有礼,在如何规划地铁路线方面为我们提供了很多建议,并主动为我们一家三口拍照留念。周到的服务使我们一家在刚到达伦敦时就感受到这个城市的良好氛围。特别需要称赞的还有酒店提供的早餐,种类虽然不是很多,但精致可口,体现出了酒店的整体管理里风格和水平。

一开始住了一间房,厕所对着床,同去的朋友很介意,反应了情况后第二天就换了一间,很满意。飞机晚点了一天,加住了一天还给了折扣。各种服务都很满意,地理位置也好。美中不足就是床太窄了。

« 设计精美的历史建筑里的奢华酒店,良莠不齐的服务态度应该得到改善! »

1,地理位置无可挑剔:步行可达Buckingham Palace、Westminster Abbey、Big Ben、Covent Garden等著名旅游景点, 毗邻Bond Street、Oxford street、Regent Street、Mayfair等伦敦最著名的购物和美食区,旁边就是Chinatown, 傍晚还可以散步去旁边的剧院区看西区著名的音乐剧;周边地铁发达,距British Museum、Victoria and Albert Museum、harrods等只有2-3站车程,交通非常便利;出酒店左转约200米还可以乘坐big bus观光巴士畅游伦敦。2.酒店本身是栋维多利亚时期的历史建筑,内部设计颇有法式浪漫风情,同时又融合了英式的优雅格调,尤其喜欢大堂陈设与下午茶厅的装饰色彩以及每层楼的花艺陈设,每部电梯内部色彩迥异,独特却不张扬。房间内的设计,既保持了英伦的贵气古朴,但也不缺少现代的元素,大本钟元素的壁纸与这座城市的气质相得益彰,智能播放器美观实用,音质纯正。洗手间的墙壁和地砖均才用瓷砖铺设,黑白颜色的搭配更好地凸显了老式的伦敦,相比奢华的大理石,我倒更喜欢这样一份古朴,所有开关都用金色镀铬装饰和点缀,整体简洁品质。3.床品舒适与清洁:索菲特引以为傲的SOFITEL MYBED™床具,在这次旅行中并未让我感受到如它所描述的那样舒适和柔软,至少在伦敦的两次入住中(第一次入住9晚,第二次入住2晚),并没有我在去年7月份入住巴黎的Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg时感受得那么舒适,不过羽绒枕头的回弹还是不错。在第一次入住9晚的房间里床围是绿色的丝绒,设计尊贵漂亮,但是遗憾的是,我们在入住的时候发现床围上有白色不明粘稠物体,但是惊讶的是它并没有得到清洁和处理。4.房间清洁与夜床服务:酒店在欢迎的环节上做得非常细致和完美,玫瑰花瓣、甜品都做得非常用心,每日的夜床茶点也很精美,尤其是classic music FM的古典音乐非常棒,每次回到房间时,都会被飘荡的美妙音乐所感染。有的服务员会格外认真打扫房间,甚至把我的化妆品都摆得整整齐齐,但也有个别服务生会打扫得比较潦草,甚至忘记更换沐浴液。5.餐饮体验:早餐和下午茶都不错,尤其这里下午茶的巴黎女人套餐非常美味。但是早餐时工作人员的态度良莠不齐,有一位男服务生只要出现的时候就会特别热情,甚至在第二天就学会用简单的中文来接待我们,这样的服务生真是酒店的骄傲。但是也有一些人却很糟糕,我们甚至遭遇了一场非常不愉快的经历。在第一次9晚的入住期间,有一天早上去用餐时,在我们已经被一名女服务生引导至座位时,有一位男服务生却突然出现并阻止我们坐在这里,理由是一会要有人来,于是把我们安排到非常拥挤的一张桌子上,可是在整个早上我们在用餐过程中那个区域除了有一对夫妻来用餐之外,一直空着。我们对那位男服务生不礼貌的拒绝态度表示强烈的不满。最糟糕的是,在接下来的用餐中,在我的omelet中,居然有一根头发,我的先生把服务生叫过来,他们当时都承认了这个过错,但却并未为他们的过错有任何的歉意和表示。这是我认为让索菲特酒店在我心中大打折扣的一次。6.礼宾服务:行李员和门童都非常敬业,第一次入住后离开伦敦前往巴黎的那天,酒店周边戒严,行李员推着我们的箱子陪我们走了好几条街去打车,非常感谢他们对工作的热情和对客户的重视。遗失在酒店的衣物也被很好地保管和交还给我本人,还有替我们完好和安全地寄存了一个行李箱。在这一点上,他们非常认真和严谨。 总结:这是一个本来可以做得更好的酒店,因为我觉得一个好的酒店应该是一个服务水平保持高度至臻完美的酒店,而不是总是让我感到服务生在服务和态度上的的良莠不齐,虽然我很感谢再次入住时酒店为我们所升级房型,但是我依然觉得在服务上应该引起更高的重视。毕竟一晚3000多人民币的酒店,客人更希望得到的是一种宾至如归的感受,而绝非只是对一栋历史建筑的参观。

酒店很精致,是我喜欢的那种小资情调。地理位置特别优越。房间大小合适,前台和客房服务也很到位。我会继续选择入住。有几个地方个人觉得可以改进。大床房的床小了点,房间插座也少了点。早餐比较简单,似乎好吃的都要另外付费。我住过布朗酒店和rosewood,他们的早餐都可以免费单点,而且口味更佳。
