Welcoming and smiling staff. Good sized rooms. Very nice and clean both bathroom and room. Good bed and bed linen. Very quiet, so good sleep quality. Excellent location - in walking distance to most major sites. Minibus Linea M goes between the old railway station and the new High Speed Train Station Mediopadana. I travelled t/r the old station, but took the bus out to Mediopadana just to see it. Well worth.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Perfectly renovated rooms in perfect order with all amenities present. Nice views, good airconditioning, rain shower, bar. Stayed a week and was very pleasantly surprised. Great location too, at a park and near the very center of Reggio, a quaint and beautiful town. Would definitely return, also when traveling to Bologna, Modena or Parma. This town and the Mercure Astoria are highly recommended.

A good hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a simple choice, but should suit most people, nice to see a choice of fresh fruit on offer. Close by the centre and accessible to restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel is located near centre of the City. A short taxi ride from main railway station (15 minutes walk but a bit far for luggage). Modern looking building with nice lobby. Staff was very good with solving some issues with booking. Room itself was very spacious but a little run run down (still clean). Bathroom was very nice and had a good shower (not a given in Italy). Breakfast was good as long as you accept it is a continental breakfast. Definitely stay again.

Spent my worst 4 days in a hotel. Had the room 115, whiche is just above the restaurant(who is not that good either) with all the noise from the service to late at night, your can hear the toilette flush from about the third floor and the room above you can hear about everything they say. The street is very noisy with passers by all night and traffic from the nearby main street give you a very sleepless night.
