住宿体验不错,最喜欢楼下的私人泡汤。唯一不足就是酒店可能年代太老了,墙皮都开始裂缝了,沙发什么的也比较简单,看起来不够档次。服务还可以。4星最多了。

房間很舒服!客服很親切! 但是住在SPA的樓上,晚上睡覺都會聞到硫磺味,是唯一的缺點!

酒店整体体验不错,特别是大堂很漂亮。房间的设备有些老旧,尤其是洗手间,淋浴不太舒服,特别是小朋友洗澡很不方便。游泳池的服务不错,一直有热毛巾,就是温泉池水比较脏,不知道是不是因为天然温泉水,里面漂浮很多黑色的东西,我女儿都不愿意下水泡。酒店的早餐不错,面包很好,晚餐的烧烤和甜品非常赞,每一道甜品都好吃,口感细腻。

Rest assured that your comments have been documented and will certainly be looked into. We fill the hot pools with geothermal water and sometimes it doesn't look clean. « 感觉尚舒适,但是部份软硬件配套还欠缺。 »

酒店的周边环境挺好,临近湖边,很舒适,附近有食街,吃食上也很方便,酒店的床相较于国外大部份的酒店来说比较大些,这点比较好,但是床很软,本人睡起来不是太舒适,床边柜子上方没有配置插座,不方便。早餐中规中矩,品种不算少,但味道一般。我3月30号check out,直到今天4月9号冻结的押金貌似还没有解冻。这点不是很好,我28号离开希尔顿的时候人家立即就解冻了。

housekeeping没有换全部的床单,我们订的是双床房,一张床的所有床单根本没有换,明显有上一位客人睡过的痕迹,枕头有恶臭难闻的味道,床单上有毛发,这简直太恶心了!我叫来housekeeper,让她闻了一下枕头,她立刻就把整套床都换了!说明自己很知道自己工作时走了捷径!我想谁都不愿意付钱睡在别人已经睡过的床上!这种绝对不能接受!

我定了两晚有早的房间,第一天去吃早饭挺好的,第二天到了餐厅居然告诉我我的房间没有查到含早,我又跑回前台,前台也说没有,我也是无语
