从入住登记,能感受到前台人员的热情,由于语言差异,她们听不太清楚我的意思。不过连比带划,最终还是顺利办理入住手续。尤其一位大妈,很抱歉没记住她的名字,非常热情,再次对她表示感谢。 大堂的一池莲花,我很喜欢。空气中的味道很雅致,如果我没猜错的话,应该是某种檀香 客房干净、整洁,唯一的小遗憾是自己洗的小衣服没阳台,没地方晾晒;可能跟酒店提供洗衣有关吧。 早餐比较适合我的选择,很满意 临退房那天(早上05:30),前台跟保安帮我拦了出租车,再次感谢他们的真情帮助 住了三晚,整体非常满意。下次再来,莲花酒店是我的第一选择

« 除开潮湿的味道外,房间还算干净整洁 »

房间很干净整洁,特别是毛巾纸巾折的很好看。 就是有味道,像很潮一样。隔音效果一般,早餐时间前台也没有提醒。最最主要的是电梯不好用,靠大门边的电梯刷卡都不起作用,因为赶时间,急死了。

« 雖有小瑕疵但整體來說舒適 »

櫃台、打掃人員都十分親切、專業。 非常喜歡每次的迎賓水果,早餐也非常滿足,選擇很多,尤其是比很多其他飯店好吃 本次可能因修改過預定內容,導致系統與訂房確認函內容不同,但最後仍順利安排了相同樓層的三個房間。 抵達當天浴室流理臺及水龍頭仍殘留清潔劑,以及馬桶經常沖不乾淨(與一年前入住時相比,今年的2次入住都有同樣問題),是美中不足。 另外,吹風機(hair dryer)非常老舊希望能更換,無法選擇風量&溫度很困擾,且對長頭髮的女生來說很難用,長頭髮需要吹比較久的時間,但使用時間一長,風管會燙到無法手持,沒辦法一次順利吹乾。 房間內空調出風口前方會明顯感受到出風,室內溫度不均,please consider change to Daikin whose office is right next to the hotel.

酒店大堂很位, 酒店位置都很近BTS站, 而且鄰近大型商場, 是一間很適合旅行入住的酒店。 令本人不再入住的原因是: 房間太殘舊, 而且洗手間有異味, 沖涼沒有花曬很不方便。

酒店好不错,卫生好,环境好,服务也不错。室外泳池没有看到救生员,水从浅到深的地方有斜坡容易滑倒。餐食比较简单不值590泰铢。重点强调一下申请了延时退房,过12点房卡不能用了,前台开卡后,带孩子去游泳1个小时左右,又不好用了,又去开一次卡,不理解!
