前三晚入住房號4100,房間太老舊,書桌下方吹風機是壞的, safe box也是壞的,整體房間感覺斑駁,感覺很不好。 酒店只是勝在它location 佳。 後二晚的房號4028就好多了,可惜吹風機不意外也是壞的。

« 酒店乱收费,房间卫生打扫不干净! »

酒店在我退房后收取我23.15英镑洗衣费,很吃惊,因为没有要求酒店提供这项服务,我也没有得到这项服务。还有一种可能,在枕头下方有2厘米左右的水果印记,这是吃水果时没注意溅上去的,这个印记非常小而且床单正常清洗可以洗掉的,个人认为这是酒店服务人员恶意报复行为。当天住宿没零钱(国内都是50面额)就没给小费,准备第二天一起给,结果回来后发现床铺随便铺,被子乱扔,卫生间头发没清理干净,抽纸用完(原先里面就几张)不及时放入,这样的服务你想得到小费??在退房之后收到洗衣的账单,很搞笑,小费是客人对你服务的认可而不是施舍,酒店保洁人员这是恶意报复行为,我一定继续投诉,让酒店给我一个答复:是不是所有客人退房时房间都不能有一点点脏迹,如果有是否对其他客人也收取相同费用?请你们给我一个答复。我23号回伦敦,我会亲自去问酒店经理,我保留继续向酒店总部投诉的权利!我在英国住过的万豪、希尔顿酒店都非常愉快,给我留下非常好的印象,你们酒店直接差评........

床舒適、房間乾淨、飯店地點佳。飯店人員也非常親切幫忙,我們一早已抵達飯店,當時飯店願意先提供一間房讓我們一家人可以休息,這實在讓我非常感謝。 訂了二間房間,非常感謝其中一間有提供了咖啡機, 但另外一間的厠所馬桶蓋無法保持在直立的狀態,請人維修,得到的答案卻是零件老舊,只能整體更換,但是那時卻無存貨,所以整個6天的住宿造成一些困擾。另外2間房間的冷氣都不夠冷,半夜都會被熱醒。

2/17/2018 Check in因為當天入住時間在晚上12點前,櫃檯人員的態度很差,他給我們排了3樓的房間,當下有和櫃檯人員反映我們透過旅行社訂房時希望排高樓層,但是櫃檯人員態度很差的回應,假如要換到高樓層要加收英鎊30磅,他是有種族歧視嗎?還是我們付不起?假如他的態度好一些跟我們說明我也可以接受,問他什麼就是一副瞧不起你的態度!我們是customer,那怎麼可以這麼差的態度呢?還有, 2/18日早上7點左右房間停電,我們打了好幾通電話跟櫃檯人員聯絡,都一直沒人來處理,也不說明是什麼原因停電?大約過了20分左右才有人來處理換房間,已經打擾了我們住宿和睡眠,最後check out時也沒有人來和我們說明為何停電?為何櫃檯人員態度差, 完全都沒有向我們說抱歉! 我想這趟住選擇祝你們飯店是一大失敗,也破壞了我們的興致!以後再也不會選擇你們的飯店了!對你們的印象超級失望!假如下次有朋友詢問要不要選貴飯店, 我一定SAY NO! 印象糟透了!

I can assure you that you were not allocated a room on the third floor because our team member was 'discriminating against you', it was because the room type booked by your travel agent was a twin room and our twin rooms are only allocated on the third floor. I apologise that you suffered from a power outage during your stay and that this took some time to rectify due and I will investigate this with the team here at the hotel. 地点距离地铁站不远,但标示不算很清楚。前台在一层,大厅没有保安,感觉有些不安全,但整体还不错。房间干净,布置舒适,员工热情友好,整体性价比不错。在伦敦一直都是住Novotel

相較於倫敦其他的酒店,NOVOTEL的房間與舒適度是相當高的而且房間大,也是我第二次入住這裡的原因,但是入住還必須上去一層樓才能辦理,有點麻煩。但這一次有個小缺失必須提出,浴室裡的備品缺少了潤髮乳,起初還以為是已經不再提供,隔天詢問清潔人員才拿給我。

Novotel London west 位于伦敦西区,Hammersmith地铁出来5分钟就到了。周围公交车站很多。所以住在这里出行非常方便。酒店整体不错。就是早餐让人头疼。首先早餐是在房间内吃的。因此每天晚上要把点单挂到房间外面。可是早上送来的早餐很多时候不是按照我们点单上送来的。在我们更餐厅经理反映了之后仍然如此。甚至在最后一天他们连点餐单都没有取走导致到了时间没有早餐送来。这样的管理实在与整个酒店的级别不相匹配。酒店的安全状况也让人担心。我们一起的朋友竟然在酒店大堂被人偷了背包损失惨重。希望酒店加强管理。

以前經常住這裡,這次沒有以前那麼順利,一是邊上的住客比較吵,這次最不好的是半夜警鐘誤鳴,結果當然是睡不好了。影響第二天的行程。

整体感觉不错,早餐很棒!晚上的grill就有点差距啦,不过这个是地区口味的原因。 房间床单上有黑色的点点,可以搓掉,感觉是没洗干净? 浴室没有脱鞋。 其他都还可以,地理位置很不错

品牌酒店,各项管理井井有条。办理入住除网上自助办理,还有工作人员拿着IPAD走近你办理,感觉不错。客房里的枕头有一个是可以折叠的,便于靠着看电视。床头小桌方便夜间充电和随时看手机。 早餐性价比差,新鲜蔬菜沙拉少,食物偏咸。

酒店房間裝修較舊, 但整洁度不錯, 酒店入口較迂迴不太方便, 附近有超市地鐵食店很好, 有一天在酒店吃早餐時, 餐廳接待員不太禮貌, 要求我即時刷卡付費, 而不是在退房時付, 感覺不好
