離火車站不算近,尤其當你拖著大型行李箱;但位置尚算方便,除了火車也有metro! 附近近乎百無,沒有超市沒有餐廳,想要補給只能在酒店內買,可是選擇不多! 職員態度很好,很有禮貌也很幽默也常常笑臉迎人,這點很加分! 房間是我最失望的,我選擇了renovated room,比我想像中的小很多,然後我床頭的兩個usb充電位是壞的,完全充不了電! 浴室更是超小,馬桶的沖水按鈕設計更令我摸不著頭腦,是要人每按一次沖水鈕就要把廁所板放下一次嗎?我不能理解! 早餐基本上每天都一樣,款式也跟其他歐洲的飯店一樣,味道不過不失!

我的团队连续俩天入住此酒店,第一批客人入住时,前台工作人员说预定被取消,我连续拨打客服电话,没有一个明确的答复,最终我的客人自己再次付款才能入住。第二天经核实,预定没有被取消,我对前台的服务极其不满意。4月26日我的另外一组团队,在退房的时候前台在不经客人允许的情况下,扣了我客人1130欧错误费用,我对这个酒店的服务非常不满意。

不含停車費且比其他飯店停車費收費高(22歐元其他飯店18歐元),住coredon hotel後來還免費贈送讓我們停車。早知道就會在那兒住兩晚,都一樣要再坐捷運進市區。

隔音怎么能那么差,是因为房间里有一个门,我早上都能听到隔壁的闹钟声音。一点隐私都没,我被隔壁的的咳嗽声吓到了两次,一读以为人在我的房间里

酒店中规中矩,于商务而言,一分不多一分不少,这样就好。没有花哨的噱头,基本的服务设施便捷有效。之前记得冰箱里饮料都含在房费里 这次不知为何单独收费了。一个咖啡胶囊收了我10欧元,一瓶可乐8欧元,记得以前价格没有这么不合理,小小不满意。

16日晚入住阿姆斯特丹城市店,提前通过网站订了房并在该网站预付成功,到店CHECK-IN时被要求再付一次房费,前台说网站预付的是担保金,CHECK-OUT时前台另一客服又说抱歉确实是酒店同事搞错了重复扣了款,并会尽快退回。回国后通知订房网站去交涉,十天过去了,没有任何进展。 客服的态度,酒店的设施,早餐质量等等还是不错的,房间也干净。

一到櫃檯,接待人員就給錯預訂的餐券,回到台灣後,既然收到天價的帳單,完全失去以往專業的表現,雖然立即透過電話聯繫客服,二天後傳來更正,卻還是多收一次城市TAX,完全不及格,下次不會再預訂此間(Amsterdam City酒店了。

房間小了些,浴室水很小無法洗頭髮,水管排水很慢,常積在浴缸需過一下才流下去 人的部分,服務很好很親切。

我分別住過4樓和8樓,4樓义電設備較多但沒冷氣,要開窗,8樓义電設備較差插頭較少,但有冷氣設備。

櫃台人員不仔細聽顧客的問答,處理速度快但是錯誤百出。 房間咖啡喝完沒有補新的,但房務清潔的不錯很滿意。

房间很棒,装修好,面积大,大屏电视很抢眼。离RAI展馆很近,交通便利。 电梯有一个有故障,其他的也运行缓慢,多人在等电梯,抱怨较多。 前台店员不太友好。把双人间给成单人间不说,还非要多交15欧才肯换房卡。感觉很是不爽!

我感觉非常一般。价格偏高,近150美金一个晚上,没有拖鞋牙刷等用品,犹如欧洲的三星及以下的酒店配置。房间不是特别大,且床上,浴室,桌子上都有不同颜色的头发。 早餐看着还可以,不过人很多。
