房間小了些,浴室水很小無法洗頭髮,水管排水很慢,常積在浴缸需過一下才流下去 人的部分,服務很好很親切。

櫃台人員不仔細聽顧客的問答,處理速度快但是錯誤百出。 房間咖啡喝完沒有補新的,但房務清潔的不錯很滿意。

房间很棒,装修好,面积大,大屏电视很抢眼。离RAI展馆很近,交通便利。 电梯有一个有故障,其他的也运行缓慢,多人在等电梯,抱怨较多。 前台店员不太友好。把双人间给成单人间不说,还非要多交15欧才肯换房卡。感觉很是不爽!

我感觉非常一般。价格偏高,近150美金一个晚上,没有拖鞋牙刷等用品,犹如欧洲的三星及以下的酒店配置。房间不是特别大,且床上,浴室,桌子上都有不同颜色的头发。 早餐看着还可以,不过人很多。

服务人员很热情,很愿意帮忙,笑容很亲切。房间:虽然不是很大,但是空间足够使用了,设施齐全,拖鞋、牙刷、毛毯、转化插头等可以随意添加,送到病房的速度也很快,棒棒哒。早餐很美味,种类比较多了,环境很ok。总的来说,很满意。

一且都很好,直到發現身上的錢被偷為止。 因為是新年所以難得花錢住飯店,就是想要好好慶祝,本以為只要全程待在飯店房間裡就會很安全,沒想到退房後發現身上的現金被偷。 法律上當然飯店不需要負任合責任,因為住宿樓層依法不會設置監視器,旅客也沒有直接證據證明錢是在飯店所偷的。(但我真的全程都待在飯店房間,連下樓買東西都沒有) 再好的服務都比不上安全,以為投宿大飯店,安全可以受到保障,卻發生這樣的事。事後飯店只是不斷對尋求協助的住客的陳述提出質疑,對於已經擔心受怕的住客,完全沒有給予協助或照顧。 當然同樣身為旅館從業人員的我也理解,飯店無法對偷竊負責,但這樣事後的處理方式,對同樣身為飯店服務人員的我來說,覺得這樣的服務是0分的,完全沒有給予旅客協助或幫助,有失飯店服務客人的初衷與本心。 建議所有未來投訴的旅客,就算都待在房裡,錢財一定要保管好,上鎖保險箱。 也真心希望飯店,對於這樣遭遇的客人,可以發展出更好的待客SOP,避免讓旅客身心受創,甚至需要接受心理治療。 Everything was okay before I found out my money got stolen. It was New Year Eve so we decided to booking a room at hotel to celebrated. I was in the room the whole time, but the money still got taken. As a hotel staff myself, of cause I understand hotel can't be responsible for this kind of case in law. However, instead of caring or assistance I got questioning over and over again. Asking how my money got stolen, how I proposed it got stolen... This is the worst hotel service i ever got, even suffer PTSD after this. I Paid for my safety to stay in hotel and all I got is question after question....no one wants to help me:'( For future guest, advice to lock everything even though you are in the room. And hope the customer service team take my case as an example to improve better service. Think twice...what would you do if your friends or families got stolen when he or she travel alone?? sincerely your poor guest

As the security officer made a read- out of the lock in the room, and it emerged that nobody has been in your room. It has never been our intention to give you an unsafe feeling in the hotel. The questions which were asked were to find out what happened exactly and based on that information further investigation could be taken. 停留期間很滿意, 無論是房間, 還有服務人員都很優, 早餐很棒. 可能是政策, 房間提供的杯子都是一次性的紙杯及塑膠杯, 和飯店的質感很不搭也不環保, 這是第二家我在荷蘭住的Novotel 飯店, 也許是為了減輕清掃人員的工作負荷吧? 值得一提是, 清掃人員的打掃效率和品質都不錯. 我是住在14樓面馬路, 景佳又近公園! 這間飯店可惜是, 廁所的設備明顯老舊, 天花板和淋浴塑膠板, 地板磁磚都看的出年代, 略顯微黃亦易藏污納垢.
