The ambience feels business according to the purpose of the hotel, but is still very welcoming and nice, particularly thanks to the qualified staff. The room is large enough, very clean and with good services (water in the minibar, kettle and autonomous heating system). Some details need attention like the shower where water drops out, and pretty dangerous is the block on the anti-fire system that can lead to serious consequences. The staff can also guarantee various informations, maps and services to visit the near city of Geneva. The price is coherent with the position and the quality.

The hotel is located approximately a 30 minute unattractive walk from Annemass train station. From the outside the architectural style is dated but benefits from a picturesque setting beside the river. I did not feel this was 4 star luxury, instead it feels like they have gone for a modern, eclectic design. For my personal tastes this gave off more an upscale hostel vibe appealing to a more youthful clientele. There is no reception counter, instead a floating desk which is only attended when there is a customer. The security guard resting his eyes on the seating area behind was a worry on two fronts- why and why. The staff were pleasant and efficient ensuring to tell me they no longer offered bottled water in rooms but that fountain water was available in reception. A good environmental approach apart from the 1 use cups provided. The room was well appointed and of good standard. It was large with plenty of walking space. There was good cupboard space and came with the usual amenities you would expect such as tea/coffee, fridge, large screen TV etc. The bed was very large and comfy and there was a small seating area with table to work on. The bathroom was beautiful with large walk in shower. There was ample lighting in the room which was easily accessible, and usb charging ports by the bed. The open WiFi was great. The TV could have benefited from more English channels. The room is a 5/5. I didn't enjoy being on the ground floor as I looked out onto the carpark and therefore had to keep the curtains drawn. As an Accor member I got my welcome drink from the bar/restaurant which looked nice and seemed to have a good offering of food. Good as the closest restaurants are a 15 min walk. I also took advantage of a late check out however the cleaning lady still knocked on my door on three occasions during the morning asking when I was going to leave. Overall this is a pleasant hotel and good value for money. However due to the location I would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere really. Nothing nearby. You need to drive. Room was OK. Did not get the sofa as advertised. Coffee machine waste of time. Menu for evening meals was limited and to be fair a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good.

Nice room, staff were great. Very clean and comfortable. Not very close to any amenities, for example restaurants, although there is an on site restaurant which is ok. Would stay here again because of convenience, and comfort.

We booked three rooms for our family of six as part of our journey travelling from Tuscany back to the UK. The rooms were clean, the showers good and the whole place well set up for Covid. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff were very helpful. Although our room overlooked part of the motorway, it was well sound-proofed. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel too and there was adequate options for children and vegetarians. The air-con in one of our rooms didn't work so we opened the window and then got bitten to death by the mosquitoes! The pool was supposed to be heated but was pretty chilly (even for my enthusiastic 11 year old) but then the weather wasn't that good. It might be fine if it was hot. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel as a good stopover.
