I never stayed in Pullman hotel before! But this property is just spectacular! Location is very convenience 5 minutes walking to the train station. Hotel is beautiful food is so tasty but the service is just great! Everyone is kind, always willing to assist you and never say no ! I loved it

This was the first time I have stayed at a Pullman hotel. Within the Accor group, it seemed about halfway between a Novotel and a Fairmont. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and liked it a great deal. We had a superior king room that was very nice. We had a few minor issues with the shower but nothing significant. We had access to their Executive Lounge which was very good. The Australian guy working there was extremely helpful. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. It’s a little surprising, though, that the hotel doesn’t have a concierge. There aren’t any major sights or well known restaurants in the area but the Tamachi train station is a five minute walk. Taxis were also pretty reasonably priced. We had better luck with having the hotel call for them as opposed to using Uber. Uber moved the pick-in spot on us a few times at the hotel so we gave up using them. Our room included breakfast. The food was good quality but the variety of food was not as good as some of the other hotels we’ve stayed in during this trip. After a day or two it became pretty repetitious. Overall, we liked the place a lot and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location and room size, the lounge is great and staff are very friendly. Concierge service staff is excellent, as we are not fluent in English language, extremely helpful in helping us to contact the Osen hotel and secure shuttle bus seats for our transfer to the hotel from the train station.

Due to the relatively weak presence of the Accor brands in Asia, the Accor Plus membership doesn’t really have much to offer. In some specific destinations, the choices are constrained to budget-friendly brands. Despite the membership’s limitations, my recent stay at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi proved to be a decent experience. Its strategic location near Tamachi Station, along the Yamanote Line, not only facilitates easy airport travel but also connects seamlessly to my office. The check-in process was efficient, and although the room was basic, its considerable size met my needs. For breakfast, I recommend the main restaurant on the lobby level over The Executive Lounge, which offered just hot beverages and simple pastries. However, the lounge redeemed itself during afternoon tea and evening cocktails, featuring a wider spread of food and drinks. The bar adjacent to the front desk mirrored the ambiance of a standard hotel lobby bar. The gym does its job and satisfy those who seek a treadmill and an all-in-one weights machine. Pullman Tokyo Tamachi’s primary strength lies in its exceptionally central location. It’s ideal for the business travellers who desire a clean, straightforward room to recharge for the night.

Excellent Hotel

Fabulous Hotel celebrating their 5th Anniversary. It is located right next to the JR Tamachi Station in the MSB Tamachi Building. What I loved about the hotel is that the rooms were huge, comp breakfast is available while on business, also there is access to the MSB Tamachi Building. That makes it so convenient to grab groceries, dine out, or take away for your hotel room. Lighting is good, bathroom counter was super small, but the space of the room itself which was very spacious. Front Desk and Restaurant staff was extremely friendly, clean and tidy rooms. fitness center I did not utilize on this trip, but will check out on future visits to workout in the event the weather is not ideal to go out or if plans are at a minimum. Television is a smart TV and you have the ability to access your streaming services like YouTube, Netflix and more! Great hotel!
