Cosmas and shamika from housekeeping are very good and freindly also make Everything possbile to See that we are confortable in Pool area the Hotel also was good and our rooms was well organise Thanks to Rixos jbr

Friendly, good house-keepers, clean, lot of spaces to stay, nice workers, friendly, very recommendable. Place to be!

Very friendly house-keepers all the way in the Hotel. Especially mentioned has to be Nagis, who did a great Job at the Beach, very friendly and helpfull. Great Job! You allways will find a pleace, they look for one for you. Nice place to be! Good

From the moment we checked into the Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, we knew we were in for a treat. This hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination where every staff member makes you feel genuinely cared for and appreciated. It's not often that you find a hotel where it seems like every individual is passionate about ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, but Rixos gets it just right. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, but it's the people that truly make the experience memorable. A heartfelt shoutout to some of the outstanding staff members who went above and beyond during our visit: Bibin, our night manager, was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Maria managed to secure us a room with a stunning view in our second week, enhancing our experience even further. Chef Arish's perfect omelettes started our mornings on a high note, and Bilal kept our coffee cups brimming with excellent brews all morning long. Bishal, meanwhile, made sure every reflective surface, especially the elevator mirrors, was immaculate, showcasing the pride taken in every aspect of the hotel's maintenance. Because of the exceptional service and the welcoming atmosphere, we extended our stay by an additional week, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction. The team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR truly made our stay unforgettable with their hospitality. If you're looking for a five-star hotel where you feel valued and cared for, this is the place. First of all I'd like to thanks all the staffs ,starting from bellboy to housekeeping and specially turquoise restaurant staffs they are amazing and I love the food as well I'd like to mention some names Like Mr.baijnath and Resham were out of the world and they know what guest expect and how to provide the professional yet friendly service,,at the last JUSTLOVEIT.
