Great family holiday experience

We loved staying here. We had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. Our apartments were side by side and there was even a connecting door between one of the 2 bed apartments and the 1 bedroom apartment which we opened to allow easy access for our grandchildren to move between our apartments. The apartments are very spacious clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area with poolside bar was also great with the staff there also very friendly. There was a huge shopping mall across the road with many restaurants and a large supermarket. It was also walking distance to great shopping and eating streets. We will definitely stay here again when next in KL.

Stay for a night with wife on idul fitri day. For brand no need explain, located just walking distance to all famous shoping center in bukit bintang area. Checkin and check out time take a bit longer than usual. Room was clean and everything is functioning properly. Breakfast is great taste with a lot of choices.

This is our second visit at The Pullman and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is a bit dated and some areas could do with an upgrade but in relation to what we paid we were happy. The location of the hotel is great. The pool and pool bar is not the best out there but was good enough for our purposes. We ordered room service one evening and food was good. All the staff we encountered were great and will go out of their way to help - shout out to all staff!! Overall a good place to be and a great location. Will definitely recommend.

I stayed in Pullman KL recently. Had a very good experience all the staff are very good and courteous. Rooms are clean. Staff at front desk was friendly. Breakfast was ok , they could add better options. I want to give an extra thanks to Ms Sue at the Club Lounge, you were great!. Overall I had an excellent stay!

Reconsider staying if you want to relax by the pool.

As I was already in Kuala Lumpur before staying at this hotel, I went along in person before making the reservation. I explicitly asked them whether there was any work taking place near the pool as I wanted to relax there after a long few weeks’ travelling and was explicitly told no. However, there was indeed noisy work taking place immediately next to the pool which ruined my stay. I feel that I was (at best) misled and had an awful stay as a result. I doubt I would stay here again. It’s a shame as otherwise the hotel was OK.
