Had the best time!! Danielle checked us in and she made it extra special for us to celebrate our friends birthday. Mike also was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. 5 star service and 5 star views. Thank you SLS. Best trip. We’re very happy.

Great day at Baha Beach Club

We had a great time at the Baha Beach Club. Our servers were tremendous. Tromon Kemp and Tomico Horton treated us like family from the start. Waited on our every needed, welcomed us with open arms. We can't wait to go back and will request their A+ service

Great Time ... Great Memories

We went to SLS on a grandparents trip with 15 and 13 year old grandsons in March 2024. Our stay at the SLS was wonderful! The rooms were clean and spacious, great restaurants and we loved the amenities. Great beach, pools, mini golf, archade restaurants and the BahaMar Water Park was a big HIT!!! A shout out to TAMIKA WALLACE "Mama Bear", the excellent concierge that always greeted us with a smile and lots of recommendations and advise on how to maximise our 5 day stay. Our family trip was a lot of fun and a big success. We made wonderful memories and look forward to returning someday with another set of grandkids!

They treat you like they don’t want you to return. FYI: we usually stay at high end resorts and not used to being nickled and dimed. Want extra salsa for your tacos add $5.00. The pressure on your massage is non existent and you want more pressure…sure if you upgrade your massage. No seats at the pool they ask if you want to rent a cabana. Ask if you can sit at the seats in front of the cabana because it is noon and the cabana is not rented out…no that’s the policy. Sit down for dinner at 7:30 and main course comes out at 9:00. We stayed at SLS and had a very nice room. Most of the restaurants don’t have very good food other than Cafe Boulod and Katsuya. At the casino they rush everyone to place bets. People can’t get their bets down. Loved the water park. The SLS pool had cushions on lounge chairs but the Hyatt did not. We had fun but I would not go back.

I had an amazing stay at SLS! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to us, the hotel was convenient which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Angelo, Samuel, Miguel were helpful with our luggage’s and directing our transportation. My friend and I even extended our stay because of how much we loved it here! Will definitely be back!
