Very cold room and for a mecure I found the rooms very small! I have stayed in mecure hotels in the UK Europe and Asia and I found this room and bathroom smaller than staying at an Ibis. Did speak to reception as the room was very cold they explained very well how to make it hotter but this did not happen also when having a shower it was lukewarm heat Actual hotel nice staff very pleasant and a nice stay but owing to points I raised I would stay in a different hotel in Birmingham

Very nice hotel. Marita on reception was very helpful. Good clean facilities. Large car park and gym facilities. Would visit again.

Stayed a night here when on a business trip. The room was great and clean, and bed was very comfortable. Mairita was very helpful on reception. Would definatley stay here again if I have another business trip in this area and would recommend anyone to stay here.

There is ample parking and great facilities! All the staff were very friendly and Mairita who checked me in and out greeted me with a lovely smile, was very friendly and very informative! The food was great and the room was very comfortable! If I’m working around the area again, this is where I will stay!

I stay here with work when in Smethwick. Rooms always clean and tidy and the staff are great. The facilities at the hotel are great. The bar and restaurant provide superb service and a wide choice of food and beverages are available for both breakfast and dinner.
