As an art lover, I was instantly intrigued by the idea of a museum hotel when I researched for my solo trip, and so glad I decided to stay at 21c. The hotel was lovely and the staffs (Francisco at the front desk and Andy the bartender) were welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious. I highly recommend everyone to check out the hotel’s permanent collection. They acquire 2 Gottfried Helnwein!! The art pieces are displayed beautifully, I especially enjoyed going through rooms by rooms to look for more display.

This hotel was absolutely amazing hotel! It was very quiet , I spent most my time at the gym that had everything I needed. The room was great! Jose was an excellent host from beginning to end , & Francisco at the front desk helped accommodate with all my needs. These two alone hotel aside will bring me back to 21c on my next trip to Chicago

This hotel was perfect for our weekend trip with friends. Clean, welcoming, extremely flexible accommodating us with early check-in and late check-out. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The Location is great as well. Loved the art gallery/lobby concept.

My daughter and friend spent two nights at 21c to celebrate her 21st birthday. I contacted the hotel manager days before to let them know about a flower delivery I scheduled and to see if the hotel could provide cookies and fruit upon her arrival. The manager and team responded immediately and went above and beyond. Not only did they ensure the room was prepared and set up upon their arrival, they offered a free upgrade and provided cupcakes/cookies/fruit at no additional cost. My daughter loved the hotel! Her room was updated, spacious, and nice, and the location of the hotel was perfect: right near Magnificent Mile. Thank you 21c for making my baby’s birthday special and for your attention and hospitality. I will definitely choose 21c for future Chicago visits!
