Excellent!!! At so many levels First: customer service is outstanding and honestly this is surpassed North America (specifically Canada). Friendly, professional and accommodating. They got us the room early -1:00 pm with special thank you to Diana who helped us with that and with late check out at 2:00 as our flight is quite late (11 pm). Room are contemporary, clean and spacious (Pullman became our favourite hotel chain). Once cute note: they had small bathrobe for our 5 years old 😍 We just arrived to this location and will update my review to reflect the area experience.

Thankful to the wonderful staff at Pullman san Isidro for taking great care of us, being responsive and helpful - Willy, grethel, ricardo, yanira, muchas gracias!! Hotel was fine - I wish rooms had been a bit brighter and breakfast have more hot food variety but otherwise no complaints, I enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Loved the Aperol Spritz night with the DJ, music excellent, photographer also at event, barmen made AP cocktails for instagram story, Richard passed me one after they finished filming with no charge, was lovely to receive this. Thanks Richard, you made my night.

Very uncomfortable, no sleep

We came here for our anniversary wanting to pay for a posh hotel where we could relax and swim and use as our base for going out for a meal. The pool is located on the ground floor, this means that the building creates a shadow over it at check in time, making the whole area quite chilly. The jacuzzi is a joke, they don't even have good water jets in it! The hotel itself is very clean and they open doors for you etc. There's no noise between rooms. But neither of us slept a wink. It was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were awful. It completely threw out our next day as we both decided to go back to our usual accomodation to sleep during the day, whereas we previously had had a day planned out. Hotel sleep comfort for me is number one. If you can't sleep well due to their choice of bed and pillows then it doesn't matter how pretty reception is or how pleasant the staff are, it's the core function of a hotel and because of that neither of us can recommend this place and wouldn't stay here again.
