Avoidable property, nothing like Novotel

It’s an aged property. There were no towels or other amenities in the room. On calling they gave towels but that too were very old. The chair had stain marks and one doesn’t feel like sitting in that. Bathroom ceiling had stain marks. Bed spring was sinking more than what it should. Buffet dinner was ordinary. Though breakfast was good. One should avoid this property at this price point. I stayed only for a night with my family so it was ok. If I had a long stay, would have changed the hotel. FYI I was in room 305 which is next to lift.

It was a very pleasant experience overall with Novotel.Hospitality was really great . Food was really good. Staff was very supportive, in front desk and also in hotel, especially Rabina. Overall very good option in kochi to stay with family .

The stay was exceptionally comfortable with spacious and clean rooms. The front desk team was very cooperative, and the breakfast was delicious. They extended our checkout time as per our request and the team was there for every need.A good stay.
