The experience in this hotel has been OUTSTANDING from start to finish , I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE :( From the moment I stepped foot into the grand entrance of this luxurious hotel, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in, ensuring a seamless start to my visit. The reception staff have been extraordinary throughout my whole trip . Abhishek, Shiela, Syed, Timothy, and Syrgabek, have been absolutely amazing. From their warm welcome to friendly assistance, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine care. Their attentiveness and efficiency made my stay truly memorable. The rooms at this hotel are incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. The plush bedding and thoughtful amenities provided a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. The housekeeping team, led by Nihat and Yaksh, deserves special commendation for their exceptional service. Each day, they meticulously maintained the cleanliness of the room, leaving it spotless and refreshed. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my experience, making me feel pampered and well-cared for throughout my stay. The security team, led by Javid and Tika, ensures a safe and welcoming environment at the hotel, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. The valet team at this hotel, consisting of Gerald, Mansoor, Khan, Raja, and Shabaz, epitomizes efficiency and kindness. Their quick service and helpful demeanor make arriving and departing a breeze, with each member going above and beyond to ensure guests' needs are met with a smile. Whether providing speedy retrieval of taxis or offering assistance with luggage, their professionalism and friendliness leave a lasting impression, contributing to the overall exceptional experience at the hotel. The culinary experience at this hotel is nothing short of extraordinary, boasting a tantalizing array of delectable dishes and exquisite flavors. Under the guidance of Jalees and John ( as well as many other amazing core staff) , the dining options showcase a diverse range of cuisines, satisfying every palate and preference. From gourmet fine dining to casual fare, each meal is a culinary adventure, expertly crafted with the finest ingredients and served with impeccable attention to detail. The exceptional quality and variety of food elevate the overall guest experience to new heights. A massive shoutout to John for orchestrating my unforgettable birthday dinner on the beach, turning it into an outstanding evening to cherish forever. A heartfelt thank you to Nikita, Amith, and Anita at Chapters Cafe for their exceptional service and for serving up the most beautiful coffees and pastries, making every visit a delight. The facilities at this hotel are truly exceptional, offering a haven of relaxation and entertainment for guests. The serene spa provides a tranquil escape, while the clean and well-equipped gym allows for invigorating workouts. For those seeking leisurely pastimes, the snooker table on the beach and the foosball table offer endless fun, along with Jenga and a large chess set for friendly competitions. Matarr, with his warm demeanor, not only guided my partner in the gym but also proved to be a formidable opponent on the snooker table, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Although we don't have children ourselves, we were thoroughly impressed by the amazing children's facilities at this hotel. From the vibrant kids' club offering engaging activities to the dedicated children's section on the beach filled with child-appropriate amenities, it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered to ensure little ones have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Even without kids of our own, witnessing the joy and excitement of families taking advantage of these fantastic offerings added an extra layer of delight to our experience at the hotel. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the staff for their unwavering dedication and hard work during the storm, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests. Their quick thinking and decisive actions in keeping everyone secure during challenging times exemplify their professionalism and commitment to guest care. From the moment I arrived, Omar, Bimal, Rizwan, Ridwan, Yasir, Swipnal, Lu Lu, Santhosh, Obaid, Irshad, Mohamed, Islam, and Ayush ( amongst the other amazing staff ) went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met with a warm smile and genuine care. Their exceptional level of service and willingness to accommodate even the smallest request made me feel valued and appreciated throughout my stay. It's rare to encounter such a remarkable team of individuals who embody the true essence of hospitality, making my experience at this hotel nothing short of extraordinary. From their amazing smoothie making to lightning-fast service, this staff is hands down the best I've ever experienced. In closing, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional staff at this hotel for providing an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful time our short stay very memorable .lovely pool and beach area so clean fabulous and nice view.Special thanks to Jeanette she’s very kind, approachable attentive to details we really enjoyed . Surely we will comeback soon!

The staff are super friendly, we had smiles from everyone. Rizwan from the pool was super helpful with finding sun beds for us, always smiling and chatting to us. Made us feel very welcome. He also was very nice to our teenage boys and assisted with providing equipment for games. The spa is amazing. I had a 100 minutes treatment including full body scrub and mini face facial and I felt absolutely amazing after.

Islam at The Retreat made us very welcome. He looked after us at the restaurant & made us laugh. He always made sure we had ice! We loved the hotel and its attention to wellness. The smoothies and juices kept us healthy all week. I would recommend to my friends & family and look forward to coming back!

Great stay staff amazing very attentive, Room was amazing I loved it the pool staff great Owen was great I can’t wait to go back . My faith has been restored after a stay at the doubletree tree Hilton marjan island which was awful So goodbye Hilton hello Sofitel.
