Rezervasyon da ki arkadaşlar oldukça yardımcı oldu, her sorumu Nazik ve detaylı bir şekilde cevapladı. Lakin otelin ses İzalasayonu iyi değil, diğer oda ve sokak tan gelen sesler duyuluyor ve oda nin pencereleride açılmıyor. 9 puan nin 7 si otel çalışanlarına

However, I am sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with the soundproofing in your room. Your comfort is an absolute priority for us, and I understand how disturbing outside noise can be. I would like to assure you that we take your comments very seriously and will look closely at the situation to find solutions to improve the sound insulation in our rooms. Concerning the inability of the windows to open, for security reasons the windows in the rooms facing the street cannot be opened. Thank you for your kind words about our staff. I had a booking for a 2 night stay at the hotel, 2 days before my daughter got sick. I called the hotel to ask if it was possible they could move my reservation to another day. the person who answered the phone was so rude to me, hang up the phone while I was still talking. So rude!!!!

This hotel is well located near the Montmartre quarter and close to line M13 - Garibaldi. It's a perfect place to visit the city. They have a garage to park the car, the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable,... The staff is 'medium'-friendly. The breakfast can be very busy and hard to find a free tabel if you are with a family. One minus: when i booked, it was clearly stated that breafast was included, but the manager wanted us to pay additionally. This was not okay!

Comfortable hotel situated on a main road in Saint-Ouen. Well maintained and very comfortable beds, although rooms are a little small. The restaurant is excellent for dinner. Breakfast is rather overpriced, but is convenient. Rather a lot of confusion over paying the bill! Overall a good stay for business.

Hello, I booked a night on the 15 of december, but I had to come one day earlier, therfore I made a booking the day before, but then I realised when I arrive at the hotel that I made a mistake and booked for the 23 of March....I try to cancel it but they told me that this was not possible, the front Office manager, obviously has never heard of customer service and cant differentiate genuine hospitality and people trying to cheat you, so I cancled the room, did not get the money back for it and then I cant even re-book a room, so basically they can double the money they are making with one rfeservation...that is what we call cheating guest basically...
