Excellent food, location and staff

The staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. Organising food and a taxi for us. I recommend taking a packed lunch from here for the mountain. This is the closest hotel to the cable car for Mount Fansipan. It is located in the heart of Sapa and the interior is delightful. We only ate there but wished we'd had extra time to spend the night.

I came back after half a year and I have to say I did not regret it to do so. The dinner service was awesome and delicious at the same time, especially the beef tatar is a must try. The service was very attentive and did everything to make my stay unforgettable. On top of it the architecture is a true masterpiece and it's worth it to visit. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is the right place.

Best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in - friendly, warm, beautiful location, fabulous service.

We have travelled the world and stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand and this hotel beats every single one of them hands down. Service was beyond exemplary; nothing was too much trouble and the ambience was welcoming and wonderful. They even packed me two boxes of fruit and vegetables for our 5 hour drive back to Hanoi, as I have coeliac disease and it's hard to find something to eat on the way to Hanoi. That’s true service above and beyond. Housekeeping was quick if we needed anything, coming straight up. The rooms were spacious, the pool amazing, the spa was great - we went back twice and such a lovely outlook even with the clouds - because when they part - oh my what a view. Every single staff member greeted us when they crossed our path with a friendly "Xin chào" and the standard of English amongst staff was excellent (I think they have an in house English class) Highly recommended and we are already planning a return trip. Special mention to Mo in the Spa and Yuna in guest services and the GM Peter

This hotel is full of surprises. The rooms are as beautiful as the lobby. The swimming pool is big and with the most unusual decor, a memorable experience. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very responsive. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. In sum, we loved every minute of our stay.

Stunning hotel and centrally located

The room was stunning. The hotel is decorated so beautiful. The staff were fantastic and helpful . The location is right in the centre of Sapa town. They have two types of rooms the ones facing inside you don’t get any street noise, the ones with the view you get slightly noises from the street. The breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were great. One with a view, and the other one without.
