The Swiss always provides a wonderful experience. The views of the city and the lake just cannot be beat, and the service is unfailingly attentive. Breakfast at the onsite Palm restaurant is a pleasure as well; we especially enjoy the service from Adrian. When we stay at a Chicago hotel, the Swiss is always our first choice.

Great Chicago Hotel

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect for dining and shopping within walking distance. The hotel had a great little bar and Michael Y (bartender) was fabulous! He remembered us during our business trip and anticipated our drinks each morning. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the amazing views from corner room — Chicago River, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan. Even the bathroom has a million dollar view. The king bed was super comfy! The location was very convenient. The corner room is at the tip of the triangle shaped building.

Conference in Chicago

I had a conference to attend here and can’t say I had stayed here before but what a great experience. Upon checking in Daisy took care of me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and overall made it a great experience. I don’t know if su is a manager but if not they should look into it.

Definitely a place to come back to! Room was nice sized and we were fortunate to have a view of the lake. Centrally located next to everything. Smash burger in the restaurant was excellent. Also having the Palm restaurant in the building was an extra bonus. Friendly staff!
