Wondeful team ..great service ..always smiling ...customer centric...everything is clean....they make you feel welcomed. They made our stay very conformable. Strongly recommend the hotel for whoever is visiting Istanbul The front customer service were amazing .The restaurant team were so friendly and always smiling. Food was great, nice varieties, keep up the great work team. 👍

Lovely Istanbul hotel

Stayed as part of a group tour. Service was friendly and efficient. Within 5 minutes walking distance to a small supermarket and 15 minutes walking distance to a shopping mall. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a lovely view across the Bosphorus. Breakfast selection was extensive, fresh and delicious. Complimentary water and late check out till 1.30 pm. Would highly recommend.

I stayed there with my family. The hotel was beautiful and rooms were so clean. Location is perfect. Stuff are so kind and professional. Restaurants are clean and wonderful. View the hotel is fantastic. I advise all of you to go there for relax

Very nice hotel. I loved the room and the rooftop restaurant has a nice view. Also, the room was very well cleaned and tidied each day (the person in charge of my room was Mrs Canan I think). Also, there are a few nice restaurant options in the area.

Though it was a very short stay for me, but I’m thankful for this experience. Very clean and well maintained Hotel, awesome and experienced staff, specially Yunus! Ask for this guy, he is super friendly and helpful, definitely because of him I’ll come back again🙏
