The room cleanliness is excellent! The Front desk staff is very great at handling check in giving the best service. Also the team who prepare my room Ms Fannie, Nadia and Ferry who put much effort so I really enjoy my stay periode in Mercure Cikini. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my relatives. Good job and very exceed my expectation. All the staff i met on the hotel area always greet my with very heartwarming smile.

food and snack, all of both is so tasty. Some of staff that i meet are affable. I go to mercure cikini for meeting from my office. i contacted with the seller for booking a meeting room, she is so helpfull and fast response. I tell for some need like lunch for take away bcs some of meeting participanst are fasting, and she/they granted it. Thank you

Very nice hotel and comfy room, facilities is very nice, out door pool and the Bar 8th floor has a nice view very recommend, the breakfast was so nice different foods local and western. Very recommend hotel for vacation or business, the have meeting rooms and ballroom

It was excellent experience for my family specially for my kids, they are so happy playing in the kidz area and with cooking class. The room was clean & food was so delicious. We love it. Just small thing to be improve is the guy who standby in the omelet area no smile, no enthusiasm to serve the guest. when i asked him, he's like so lazy to answer it, but thats ok. I hope all the staff knows what accor value are and how to implement it. And also thank you to mbk fannie, shes so kind and helpfull.thank you mjc we'll be back.

I had very great time during the breakfast because the staff was helpful and kind. He actively helped to clean up the table to make sure the table was not messy, also really kind to help my mother to get the juice though the restaurant was about to close in 15 mins.
