Great facility, location, and staff. Breakfast outstanding. Rooms kept immaculate. This was my first trip to Singapore and Sofitel was perfect. Easy access to the subway by direct elevator from the hotel. Very safe and secure as well. Every staff member was willing to help.

Had a great afternoon tea experience at 1864 for celebrating advanced Mother’s Day. The floral tea set had a very good balance of sweet and savoury items. The service from the team was very friendly and attentive. Special mention to John Poh, Wenz and Osborn. Thank you so much to John Poh for his excellent service rendered from the beginning of the afternoon tea session. He offered us some nuts while waiting for the tea set and regularly asked if we need anything else such as water, serviette and etc.. I will definitely come back again!

First time dining at Racines @ Sofitel after being recommended to check it out The vibes and lighting enhanced the ambience of our dinner experience, added with the friendly staff (Rey and Char) during service Rey was very attentive, professional and gave exceptional service as a whole The food was lovely (Assam seafood and Crab fried rice were amazing), though the pork rack was on the tougher side Drinks were very fun and tasty, my partner's grandma also loved the mini pipe (Thank you Rey for playing along) haha

Both me and my friend came here for a drink and we are extremely delighted by the service we recieved from the bar 1864 from the servers wenz, osborns and john they are the nicest servers and made both me and friend feel extremley welcome especially wenz he was extremely insight full of the many drinks u offer would come again soon!!
