I chose the Novotel Itajaí for its proximity to Navegantes airport for my morning flight. It was my favorite hotel during my time in Brazil, but sadly just for one night. I wish it would have been my hotel for the whole trip! The location was great, and I enjoyed the proximity to the public market and Centro area. The rooms and public areas were comfortable and stylish, and very well designed. Minibar had nice offerings. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of selections. Everyone was super helpful, especially Davi, who checked me out in the morning and helped me get a taxi. The staff kindly put up with my limited Portuguese and assisted me in English. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a well-located nice hotel, and although the rooms are a bit small, sleep quality is great, showers are too, and its internet works fine. All in all a great option for business travelers in Itajaí.

Otelde eloktronik sigaram çalındı otelin temizlikçi çalışanları tarafından otel odamda elektronik sigara önemli değil ama hırsızlık olması çok canımı sıktı , dünyayı geziyorum ilk defa böyle kötü bir olayla karşılaştım, otelin restorantında bir bardak kahve dahi yok odalarda kahve yok yemekleri rezalet herşey çok kötü 👎

We spent a weekend at the Novotel Itajai before flying from Navegantes. The hotel’s relatively new and has nice facilities. The room’s are large and well designed. Breakfast suffered from powdered eggs but their cappuccino machine made up for this. They have a pool but it may be closed due to COVID-19.

I stayed for three entire weeks, for business. I travel frequently and can say that Novotel is among the best I have stayed at during a business trip, by far. The staff is incredibly nice and eager to accommodate every need, promptly. Breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of options for many tastes. Novotel is conveniently located in the center, close to the street along the river where you can find many restaurants and a block away from the Mercado de Peixe (local market). The room has all the necessary amenities, it is comfortable. I will definitely stay at Novotel when visiting Itajaí again.
