The hotel was so good with a nice seen on the marchica lake, and the stuff was so kind with an easy service, I would like to thank all the stuff in the reseption also in the restorant and I'll be happy to visit this hotel againe..................

Dependable hotel in Nador

Stayed for one night after an evening flight into Nador Airport, as I didn’t arrive until around 1am, and then departed at about 10am the following morning it was a rather brief visit! The hotel is in central Nador, on the coast, this is a fair distance from the Airport, but there isn’t a hotel at the airport itself. Check in was quick and efficient (the 24hr reception was one of the reasons for picking this hotel). The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a good comfortable bed, good hot shower and fast WIFI. The room had a large balcony with good views from the mountains to the sea. Breakfast was ok, with a limited range of options (but some good pastries). Probably not the best value hotel, but a good dependable option for Nador.

I was very apprehensive about our stay at RIF Nador after reading some recent negative reviews, so I am super happy to say that our experience was so different, and we totally loved our stay. Hotel Reception staff were so attentive and caring, as were the cleaning staff and the breakfast staff each morning. Same can be said for the doormen. I don't know why there would be negative reviews here. Our stay was perfect. Thank you, everyone, and see you on our next visit to Nador. (Room 232 - 2-8/9/2023).

I had a bad experience in this hotel for a 4 start hotel and a 7.5 rating in booking at least i would aspect a professional stay and stress free stay but i got the opposite. I know the staff were helpful and friendly but they take time to do stuff comparing to other 4 star hotels, and the breakfast wasn’t that great either the food wasn’t fully prepared when they opened. I got the suite in the second floor for me and newly married wife i thought it will be a great experience as its a known hotel in the neighborhood but i was shocked with the room. The furniture is warned off, the balcony is a pain to open, the fridge had a problem with the socket and of course i knew after i stayed for a while the coffee machine is dirty and they tell you to call them if you need anything but guess what the phones are not working and when you call them by your personal phone they don’t answer. Bad experience and it was a mistake and what made it worse that i wanted to have my first day of the honeymoon here. Don’t recommend at all.
