Terrible experience in the AMs

You should NOT go to this hotel if you want to feel safe and be respected. We had transfer booked as our flight was landing at 4am. We waited for the transfer for 45+ minutes while they were constantly saying they are on the way (the hotel is 2 mins away from the airport by car). We picked up our car from the garage and tried to leave (everything was already paid upfront). The receptionist was super rude and didnt want to let us out. Even though we paid and we were there he kept yapping about some reservation confirmation that we had to give him otherwise he wouldn’t let us go - pathetic process i could never expect from Ibis. Mario the receptionist 17.04 5am, was terrible. I’ve never seen a more appaling and disrespectful person. He kept referring to me as BRO and kept conplaining how he had 100 rooms and didn’t care about my car and my problems. I’m truly disgusted by this experience and I will never be going to this property, never Ibis anywhere in the world and will never recommend this brand to anybody that i care about. DO NOT GO THERE OR YOU WILL LIKELY REGERT IT!!!

Amazing stay, clean and cozy. Rich and tasty breakfast . Great team, professional service. Beautiful view from the room. Perfect location clise to airport. Shuttle was free and on time. Definitely worth the price. Will recommend to everyone.

The best Experience EVER!!! Amazing staff especially in the restaurant. The boy was smiley, helpful and handled everything. You need more people like him in the hotel. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel but first you need to know when he will be working.

Excellent location, the staff at reception very helpful and smiling. Delicious food with fairy prices , bar is open 24 hours with excellent choice of drinks. The boy with the bus was on time when I arrive and drive me to the hotel, he was very careful and polite.

This hotel is conveniently located for Sofia airport, 20mins walk from Terminal 2. Clean rooms and well presented bathrooms. Plenty to eat at the buffet breakfast. Bedrooms are rather basic, but I guess most people staying here would probably be heading to the airport, so for a night or two it is comfortable enough.
