the hotel facilities are very new,and front desk gave us many options about local travel guide,they are very friendly and nicely.i will come back again because of their good service, additional the swimming pool was very beautiful with high view

Swimming pool and the gym room is good, I like the hotel signature perfume, lobby decoration is very elegant too. But breakfast buffet arrangements are not good enough, guest need to find the seat himself, always make guest confused .

Thankfully for the team working in this hotel and during my birthday party, Mr. Bill Wei ,miss Yuki Tan very kind and take good care of us ! Shame that the executive floor that we had chosen was closed due to covid 19, but with paying afternoon tea and cake it was possible to enjoy that there! so we don't really understand the purpose? For the checking day , the staff working for reception need to do more training ! At the End we need to say thankfully Mr Rhett Song . He is very smart for understand the customer what need , He made the right choice for an upgraded triple room! Finally we spent a great time there, and the staff was very nice! Thankfully

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Huizhou Railway Station, and nearby the famous West Lake Scenic Area. The big king-size bed in guest room is made from 2 queen-size single beds, which are very comfortable. The Skyline rooms have beautiful scenery and are equipped with TOTO bathtubs. I would like to thank SY-KALIE for coordinating and arranging the buffet dinner for my parents, and thank Cynthia, the Director of Guest Relations, for his caring service and greetings. Hope the hotel will get better and better.
