Não conseguia controlar o ar confirmado do meu quarto de forma independente. Não conseguia dormir com a temperatura do quarto a 24 graus celsius. Liguei várias vezes na recepção e a resposta que tive foi que não poderiam me ajudar pois o sistema era geral e estava configurado apenas para o quente. Só que não estamos mais no inverno e a temperatura ambiente da cidade estava em 22 graus.

the reservation was made including breakfast but in the end 4 breakfast were not taken but still charged. I think this is not fair so would be glad if the hotel refund the amount related as long the service was not used.

All good, clean, nice people! The breakfast was delicious, more than we were expecting. The room was organized, clean and everything is pretty new in the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant, we liked it a lot

I stayed in this Hotel for one week. The Hotel is still new. The rooms have a good size. Free Wifi is available in the entire Hotel. The breakfast is good. The staff in the Hotel is very friendly. I recommend this Hotel for visitors in Montenegro.

This is a beautiful hotel, modern, clean, in the peaceful city of Montenegro, only 60 km from Porto Alegre. It has a very helpfull staff and a very good price! Excellent Breackfast!!! Love it! I recommend it!
