Gold member but did not get an upgraded room

I am a gold member of accor plus who is eligible for a room upgrade. During check in I was informed that my room will be upgraded, however my room was not upgraded, and it turned out the welcome card in the non upgraded room has already with my name on it. It seemed there is no intention to upgrade my room. As a gold member of accorplus, I am very disappointed.

My friends booked room the ibis hotel near recreation area was awesome place to stay. The room was clean, staf very friendly always smile all the time, we got special treats birthday wishes wrote down at mirror and bday cake made by bath towel was incredible idea created by Anisa We had breakfast with much foods but too crowded, and try bbq dinner as well the beef need more selection. Definetely back to this hotel soon when visiting bandung. Special thank to exceptional staff Yusuf, Rahmat, balkis, riska & Lisa Thank you all, me & friends feels like home & family stay at ibis trans studio bandung

I have stayed here for several times. BUT this time, it was most impressive for me. The staff who welcomed me, with alarcrity help me. Kind and helpful. Dinner was great! Rooms are cleaner than before. Breakfast menu is large and varied from the previous, last time i stay at November. I was also helped by the good Mr. Manager (Pak Denni Permana). Lotta Thanks for your help ya Pak... May Allah bless you and your family. Thank you also to Ms. Annisa... Keep healthy and hopefully we can meet again another time soon.

Place very strategic, room very clean and breakfast a lot off variatif food Helpfull staff, specially the house keeping mr. Renaldi Easy access to Trans studio bandung and Trans Luxury Hotel. Very recommended place for event and stay. Good joob 👍🏻👍🏻 See you next event

This is my 1st time stay with my husband at Ibis Bandung, we came early and the staff welcoming us very nice and helpful for our luggage. And it’s soo lovely there’s a lady name Melisa, she helped me for early check in and the attention she gave for me was genuine!! 😍😍😍 she also explain about the hotel area and recommended me some place to visit near hotel. The location is strategic though, hotel room is clean with amenities. I’m pretty sure to stay next time whenever I come to Bandung.
