Clean and comfortable, but bedding definitely needs looking at.

Pros first - Staff very friendly and helpful especially Mila on Reception. Breakfast very good. Bar very good and Katrina on the bar. Cons - Bedding, the sheets were too small for the single beds and were like cot sheets. Duvet covers did not fit and mine had a hole in it. There is no mirror near electric sockets and the perfect place would be above the dressing table. We ladies need that for drying our hair. Our carpet was badly stained. Not enough tea/coffee in the room and we kept having to ask at reception for more. Shame the TV had no English speaking channels. Overall though the hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly.

Not long back from a 3 night break at Novotel Praha. Myself, husband and our 1 year old daughter had a lovely stay. On arrival the reception staff were pleasant enough and gave us details about the hotel. Once in our room we realised they hadn’t left a travel cot out for our daughter but housekeeping arrived with one within a few minutes of saying to reception. The room was still very spacious with this in it too. The room was clean and housekeeping came each day we were there. We found the room to be really warm so had to have the air con on at the beginning of March haha! Breakfast was lovely with a decent selection. We used the bar a few times when we got back to the hotel after our days of sightseeing and it was nice and relaxed. We also used the restaurant one evening and the food was really good so I’d recommend eating there to try it out! Didn’t have any issues with staff. The location was good and it wasn’t a long walk to the centre. I would definitely return.

I guess there are not many good hotel in Prague. This one is not a bad hotel, but the food could be better (I guess this can be said about all hotels and restaurants in CR I was overcharged upon checkout, but the hotel reimbursed it. Location is convenient if you want to visit old city centre.

Most of our time we were out of the hotel. When we were get to hotel it was late in the evening. The Reception just gave the key and that's was all. We were started to ask questions about breakfast and other facilities. The elevator is the awful one. When from the 1st floor You start the button to other floors it will not go as it's need the plastic card interference, again nobody from Reception warned about it. One evening I was in the lobby, they have group of people check in and all the people were waiting on the 1st floor in elevator, none of them (Reception) helped them. The rooms are nice and fresh repair. I want to mention also the Brilliant Breakfast 👍👍👍

Friendly and helpfull staff on reception. Good and wide selection on breakfast buffet with excellent service. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Our room were clean as we expect. Cozy wellnes with fitness room was also good as we expect.
