The hotel stank when we arrived, a mix of weed outside the front door, cabbage and sewage in the corridor. The room is literally what you pay for, no more and no less. The smell outside the room stops in the room thank god. This is not first class or even pleasant, it is a cheap place to sleep. 1 amazing thing, the personnel is super friendly and helpful.

I arrived late, around 11.30 pm. The gate to the premises was closed. I had to leave the car and walk to the reception, check in and get a code to the gate and room, and then get the car; A bit odd routine I think. The room itself was clean, though the mattress was really hard. It was quite a lot of traffic noise too. It was shared toilet/shower facilities, but no soap - neither in the WCs nor in the room (which was equipped with a sink). Lucky for me I had a small shower gel in my suitcase. For this price I guess I can't expect more, but soap is a basic thing regardless of price. Think of all the people not washing their hands after being at the toilet. That's just disgusting.

Stayed here as a base while touring Provence. I chose this hotel as I wanted to visit historic towns and villages in the mountains and by the seaside, and this place is well located at a major road junction with fast access to anywhere in the Var. You don't expect luxury at a cheap budget hotel but the staff here are very helpful and I would like to make a special mention of Belinda who was at the Reception Desk when I arrived - she was great!

Ok the lobby / reception - there is a smell from the dishwasher - clean it out! Large container Lorry's seem to park at the entrance - this was dangerous when when leaving FI as they blocked the view of the motorway - not good. Rooms fine - ours a little stuffy. Hotel is basic clean and staff were friendly - good location & convenient This was a handy hotel for a quick stay - we had friends staying in other locations in the area which were somewhat remote and hard to access. F1 was convenient - good showers - clean room - we didn't spend much time there - fine for a short stay

You should be ashamed. We booked in your hotel because we had been told we could enter the room at any time. We got at the hotel Le Luc Formula 1 at approx 23:00, we went to the machine that should give us the number to enter in the hotel. The reservation was in order, BUT the machine was not recognizing the credit card used. We tried with the credit card we used for booking several times and with other 5 different credit cards. The machine was not recognizing any credit card. We called the emergency number at approx 23:20. Someone replied. After talking with this person we had been waiting outside in the cold for over 30 min, waiting for someone to come and help. None came. We called again the emergency number, none replied. We called a phone number we found on line. The call center after telling us to repeat all the process and verifying something was wrong, tried to make a new reservation, using a different credit card. The machine was still not recognizing any card. At 00:15 we were close to leave the place and we tried to call the emergency number for one last time. The same person replied saying something like "I'll contact the manager of the hotel AGAIN!" after 3 min the person at the phone gave us the access code. We had to wait one hour, at night, at cold, outside the F1 Hotel in Le Luc, because someone decided we were not worthy to be taken care. This has been the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. You really should be ashamed of how you take care of your customers.
