Fantastic location but that’s all that is good. Left the bar after sending a meal back twice as it was cold (very). Did not bother to eat. Hot breakfast self service from a cold slab, didn’t work! Regular Mercure customer, this is not up to their normal standards. We are looking for another hotel to spend the rest of our trip. Have to say I have never given a review like this before.

Beautiful location in historic building. The views are amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great with helping meet any need we had. My only complaint was the restaurant was a bit pricey for what you received but but hey you have to pay for the convenience

Booked this hotel then they cancelled my booking then lied about being paid kept my money but i am sure they will respond with the usual spiel about contact us and we can resolve this.Utter rubbish when they dont do nothing avoid better hotels available.

Great Hotel. Staff absolutely terrible. Fraudulent charges so be sure to double check your invoices for false charges. Never seen such lazy incompetent staff in a Mercure Hotel. If you want service do not bother here.

classy hotel with superb views

Very classy hotel, with a magnificent view on the sea and the city. Good food in the restaurant as well. But a few minusses. There is not enough staff at check in ( long waiting times ) and i don't understand why there are no down blankets available ( which are more hygienic ). Free parking but a 10 minute drive from the city
