İş seyahatimden dolayı 1 gece konaklama yaptım. Engelli odası verildi,oda,tuvalet ,kahvaltı hepsi çok pis idi.

Otelin doğum günümüzü bile atlamayıp odaya tebrik kartı ve ikram koyması şahaneydi. Çok güzel manzaralı ve sessiz bir odada konakladık. Tek sorun 4 günlük konaklamada Banyo'da yanıp sönen(bozuk) ayna ışığının HK tarafından fark edilmemesi oldu.

I'm sorry to learn that you were somewhat disappointed in your stay with us. I can understand your comment regarding the prices. Unfortunately Amsterdam is besides a beautiful city also known to be quite pricey. I always advise guests to book in advance through accorhotels.com to find the best available rates. At ibis, bottles of water are not standard included in the room, only in our premium rooms. Also the water from the tap is perfectly drinkable. Keyif aldık. tuvalet kağıdı gerçekten kalitesiz(en son böyle bir tuvalet kağıdını 1995 yılında Moskova'da görmüştüm) havlular problemlı ve odada minibar olmaması eksiklik.personel mükemmel lokasyon süper iyi niyetli olunca güzel bir konaklama süreciydi.

The size of the room and bath room can be considered as 'cute', which is often the case in Amsterdam. I fully understand your disappointment if you were expecting a large room and bath room.. Unfortunately we can't change the size of the rooms. If you're looking for a larger room, you're more likely to find an appropriate room outside the city centre.
