I working as a cabin crew i have visited a large number of hotels for the first time i arrive to the restaurant 30 mins after they closed usually they just say " sorry we closed " but this time (SOPHIA) Brought me breakfast i really was happy from her re actions toward this event which for the first this happen. Thanks sophia for caring ❤️

Perfect location, great staff and welcoming. Spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Most importantly for us there was a shattaf which rare to find in Paris Would definitely come back to same hotel when visiting Paris

Stayed 3 nights and from the minute we stepped out of the taxi we felt like we were the most important people on Paris. Staff were incredible! Fabulous front desk staff, concierge Diego was amazing! Breakfast was included with our package the selection was bountiful delicious and nutritious. Room was so clean, luxurious high tech, and well appointed. Each night we asked for a bucket of ice and it was brought “right away-with Pleasure”. Thank you for making our short time in Paris so wonderful! We could booked 2 rooms were on the same floor. Each room had balcony and we could even see the Eiffel Tower from one of our rooms! 5 stars for sure!

This hotel is spectacular . The staff are incredibly helpful far beyond anything we have experienced . Rooms are serviced twice daily and impeccably clean beds are really comfortable . Breakfast is excellent . Location is the best but still quiet at night . This place far exceeded our expectations . Sofitel is an Epic brand .
