Fabulous stay - this is a great hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. There is free wifi, complimentary tea and air conditioning in the rooms and we had a wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. This hotel is by far, extremely good value and one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Fabulous little hotel. We stayed here for one night to break a long journey. Very welcoming staff, exceptionally clean room and wonderfully comfortable bed. We had requested 2 doubles and a twin, and got exactly that. There is a restaurant on site which looked good but we opted to go to an Italian in commercial zone nearby - which was great. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but good selection and all locally sourced and very tasty. Car park gated at night but reception is 24 hours so buzzed us in. All reception staff spoke good English and were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

the room is quite basic but we had some diner at the restaurant and the food was really of a very low quality. We got the idea that the food came form a kitchen for homeless people. In one wird “terrible”. The room looks ok. Hope the breakfast is better than the diner.

We were a bit worried after the recent reviews but needn’t have been. On arrival our daughter went straight to the pool. The family room was a good size and the hotel stored our ice packs in the freezer enabling our onward transit to the south. The atmosphere is laid back and a bit quirky. About a 20 minute east walk to the centre of Beaune. Breakfast was ok, a little chaotic, but we got what we needed. The kids play area was also a nice touch. We would definitely return.

I booked from Agoda Two single beds room. But when I checked in I was given a double bed room. We asked the staff many times but the staff said the hotel does not have single bed room for us . Finally after many appeals we finally was given single bed room. But when we entered the room , the bedroom was again a double bed . But the bed could be separated into two single beds . No one came to offer us extra quilt cover and blanket . The bedsheet was used as a blanket bed on one of the beds . The lift was out of order and we had to carry our bags to level 2. The room was without one small towel and again no one bored about us . Such a bad experience never again . Do not stay in this hotel if you could find others
