Magical hotel

From the moment we walked into the hotel and were greeted by Amm Abdul the concierge manager our magical experience began. The staff here are fabulous and the Banyan Tree should be very proud of all especially Nia front desk we had lovely lunch and breakfasts. Fadhil who was our waiter for a few days outstanding service and Esca who suggested places to go. Edward you were great as well. The rooms are very comfortable and clean , the pool is great as well not crowded. The breakfasts here cater to every taste and the variety is amazing nothing in this hotel is left to chance it runs so well and the staff are always attentive courteous and helpful. Would definitely come back here again.

I stayed for four days, a great place with Pak Cik Edward Echabaria who is very friendly, Very good service, nice rooms, delicious and varied food, a varied menu every day, the entire staff was very friendly, happy to be here, comfortable lobby, very clean and very nice rooms.

The most wonderful stay

We spent 7 wonderful nights at this beautiful hotel. Everything was lovely from the food at breakfast to the details in the room. We loved the pool and sauna and being within the mall. We were so sad to leave. Thank you Nia, Shazreen, Edward and to all who welcomed us and gave us recommendations on things to do and introduced us to so much Malaysian food. We will never forget our stay and hope to be back soon. The only downer was not having a smart tv with YouTube and Netflix but spent so much time by the pool so it didn’t matter.

Excellent Customer Service

I would like to give an excellent customer service review to Capt Raaj for all the initiatives that he had provided for me during my recent visit in March. Truly top notch “customer service” provided by him . Briefly, I left my designer T shirt in the room upon check out and I called to report lost the next day n it was recovered. Raaj immediately what’s app me for address to courier back to Singapore. He provided me the costing before courier to seek my approval. Luckily, I had friend in KL that week so I have asked Capt Raaj to arrange for a local same day courier instead. Again , he helped me to check the costing again and when the local delivery slot was full for courier service, he took d initiative to suggest lalamove or grab. Throughout the process, he constantly sent me pictures of the delivery status from pick up to handed over. This is very professional and excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Pavillion again because of Capt Raaj. Kudos to him and he has made my stay extra pleasant . 👍

Best location, great modern hotel with wonderful service to match!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel late February 2024. The hotel adjoins the Pavillion Mall which is extremely handy! From the time we were greeted at the door until we left we have never experienced the level of hospitality that the staff at the Pavillion Hotel KL provided. We stayed in a Club City Oasis - King room which includes access to the Club Lounge. The room was modern, very clean and appointed with all the usual inclusions of a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was spot and we enjoyed the little touches they provided. The view from our room was quite nice though facing away from the main road. Breakfast hosted a broad range of both asian and western dishes. If their was one small gripe it was that quite a few dishes were luke-warm. Breakfast could be had at either the main restaurant or, the Club lounge of you have purchase a room with access. The Club lounge has less choices but is generally quite sufficient for most. I highly recommend choosing a room with the lounge access as it is definitely worth spending a few extra dollars. We found that the food provided at 'Happy hour' was great and we ended up using this as our main meals most nights. Happy hour is between 5:30pm and 7:30pm with an array of basic beer, wine (both reds and whites) and cocktails. For wine drinkers this is a plus as wine is relatively expensive in asian countries so... get your fill :-) The location of the hotel unfortunately isn't in close proximity to a 7-11 (maybe 400m) but the mall is open every night until 10:00pm. The staff. Well, what can I say. I would like to acknowledge the following staff members and congratulate them for their outstanding service. Sabree, Fazli (our favourite :-) ), Hafiza, Teven, Dahlia, Aiman and Tragyee. I hope I've spelt these correctly! These people really made us feel special and nothing was too hard. Service was always with a smile and a laugh. I would also like to mention the door staff. So helpful! I cannot recommend the Pavillion Hotel KL enough based on our experience and we intend to return later this year or next. You won't be disappointed.
