Very poor service

Travelled worldwide this is the only hotel where you have to beg for drinking water. Despite of complaining after 5 hours reception never provided any drinking water bottles. They said boil the water from bathroom tap and drink it. You are in hot country and hotel expect to drink boiled water. What a silly rakes. They only provide one 350 ml on first day and expect to share this between couple. How can I recommend this hotel to guest coming to Lima. Also no cream powder in room to make white tea or coffee.

Nice and budget friendly, modern hotel centrally located in Miraflores. There are several restaurant and bars close by. The buffet breakfast is great, with ample variety for everyone. Check in went smoothly. it is a very welcoming hotel with friendly and kind staff

Good hotel in a good area of Lima

Located in the safe residential area of Miraflores a short walk from the seafront and the Paddington Statue! Room was extremely comfortable and clean though corporate. Room had air conditioning and had an en-suite shower room (no bath). Buffet breakfast in the hotel was excellent. The Peruvian Beef Stir fry at dinner was absolutely delicious. Pricing for food given the hotel is 4* was not a lot different than at nearby restaurants. Water was provided in the room on the first night (we stayed for 2). All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here both on the first two nights and the last night of our trip through Peru which began and ended in Lima. The rooms are fine -very minimalist but the bed is comfortable and you can get a good night’s sleep as it is nice and quiet. I do think there can be some improvements-first off they provide an electric kettle to make instant coffee or tea but no creamer or stirrer. They only provide water bottles on the first night of stay. Also (and I realize this is probably a rude American point of view) there are currently no movies or access to television stations that speak English . Our second room was a handicapped access room and we had a hard time getting a luggage stand. My biggest beef is with the front desk staff who are rude- this did not apply to the bellman or the restaurant staff-they were very hospitable. The breakfast in the dining room is lovely and plentiful.

Great budget-friendly option in Miraflores

Loved our three-night stay in Miraflores. Rooms are super clean and the beds are heavenly. Great location on a relatively quiet street (if you have the option, though, book a room that faces away from the street). Breakfast buffet is good, but not amazing. Only issue is that the noise from above can be loud in the morning when housekeeping makes their rounds, perhaps due to the wood flooring.
