Room is nice and clean. The hotel is located in the middle of Bangkok. We checked in a bit early but everything was fine. Thanks to Ploy, the cute girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. They also have swimming pool on the rooftop. Love it.

Friendly and great service from Ms Ariss (hostess) at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. Clean and comfortable room to stay in. Cold room in a hot country. Many friendly and helpful staffs from the hotel. Looking forwards to return on my next trip.

5 stars all round. Amazing staff, clean rooms, great service. Towels were on standby for anyone who got wet cause of songkran regardless of time. All the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend to anyone going to bnagkok and ill Definitely be going back to the hotel when i go back to Bangkok

Another excellent stay at Novotel Soi 4. Rooms are clean and modern, the food at the lobby cafe (food exchange) was good, and the rooftop pool gets lots of sun. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, especially Ms May who works at the front desk.

Needed a hotel for 10 nights and choose this one based on price and quality from our past stays years ago. Fortunately, little had changed. The room was sufficiently comfortable for the long stay, and was cleaned promptly each day. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is just on the fringe of all the craziness of soi 4, but was calm enough as we liked.
