Café com boas opções, porém um pouco demorado para limparem as mesas. Quartos ok, com bom espaço interno e boa ducha, cama confortável.

Excelente hotel, localização e café da manhã muito farto. Maravilhoso. Super recomendo.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de loja de conveniência, farmácia, shopping, churrascaria Mac Donalds, etc. Perto, mesmo. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. O quarto é muito bom e espaçoso e o chuveiro é simplesmente perfeito! O café é super completo e uma delícia tudo.

O hotel é bom bem localizado. Agora o sistema de estacionamento é muito ruim e muito burocrático. Deixa o carro com as chaves no capô l e quando precisa ir pegar alguma coisa tem que trazer o cartão esperar comunicar e demora muito. Questionei e eles falaram que tinha que localizar o carro. O estacionamento é pequeno e o carro fica onde deixou. Se é para ter segurança não devia deixar as chaves no capô Desci lá uma vez sem avisar por engano e ninguém nem deu notícia. Pode melhorar, não adianta ter manobrista e ser demorado, fora que ainda tem que pagar por fora o valor do estacionamento.

Wallet stolen while having breakfast

During breakfast, my wallet was stolen and later on found on one of the down stairs toilets. Neither manager (Mrs. Ana Carolina Borzani) or reception staff gave me the expected support or even an apology. After too much of my request they decided to have a look on the videos and mentioned that the prosecutors were non guests that pop in into the breakfast area unnoticed. I did and still feel extremely disappointed with the support given frustrated with the financial lost and somehow scared with the whole situation.

Dear Ms. Karolina, as informed on the day of the event, the images must be requested from the security company. On Monday, when we had access to these images, we had to analyze, as soon we identified what happened, I tried to get in touch, but as I couldn't make the international call, I sent the information by email.
