Kelly has been an excellent host during my course on site. She has been attentive, helpful and pleasant. Kelly works hard to maintain the standards of the hotel and shows dedication to her work, delivering high levels of customer service at all times.

A great place for a massage and a coffee after.

Had a fabulous massage with Anita, followed by an Americano in the lounge served by lovely Evisa. A relaxing experience.

Very cold room and for a mecure I found the rooms very small! I have stayed in mecure hotels in the UK Europe and Asia and I found this room and bathroom smaller than staying at an Ibis. Did speak to reception as the room was very cold they explained very well how to make it hotter but this did not happen also when having a shower it was lukewarm heat Actual hotel nice staff very pleasant and a nice stay but owing to points I raised I would stay in a different hotel in Birmingham

Very nice hotel. Marita on reception was very helpful. Good clean facilities. Large car park and gym facilities. Would visit again.

Stayed a night here when on a business trip. The room was great and clean, and bed was very comfortable. Mairita was very helpful on reception. Would definatley stay here again if I have another business trip in this area and would recommend anyone to stay here.
